I'm really happy with the knife. It's extremely sharp and amazing quality. They really need to update their website with some better quality pictures, because the low res photos they currently use just don't reflect just how good they look in person. Customer service was excellent, and as I live in Sheffield, instead of using a courier, someone from the company personally delivered it to my door.

Great knives with proper "double tough blades that keep there edge", great service.. whats not to like from one of the survivors of the sheffield steel industry, happy to support such a historic company, when there ethos is, we will produce the best... a product worthy of the title, made in Britain..

These guys sell some super quality goods. I purchased 3 items from them. 2 arrived with in a week the other i am still waiting for. I have emailed them several times enquiring about stock but never get a reply. Ho hum

I had a fantastic experience shopping on-line with Samuel Staniforth Ltd. Their expertly made kitchen knives are the epitome of British craftsmanship and beautifully presented. Their customer service and excellent communication is another indicator of the very best of this British company. My order was sent quickly and well-packaged so that the knives were in perfect condition on arrival. These utensils will be used daily and treasured for a lifetime.

I wanted to add to my current Samuel Staniforth knives purchased over a decade ago but still looking and in use feeling as good as new. I ordered two knives plus a steel to sharpen my set.I was kept informed as and when I needed to be and the items arrived as arranged on the day I wanted them to.They were duly signed for (as is the law) . Not cheap but quality never is and I'm talking real Sheffield quality.
