Dec 15,2023Good delivery service. I didn't buy a professional knife as I am not a professional. Bought the cheaper version of the boning knife. I found it adequate to cut round the bones of a pheasant to joint it but found the blade to be stiff not very flexible as I would expect. But then it wasn't an expensive version. Otherwise very sharp.
