Dec 14,2023I think that you need to know that i am Decived. At that price 250$ Canadian, the history behind that knife, i can not belive that you send me a knife with a blade made in soft steel. I can bend without a glove the blade . I even ask my self if the blade is made of white steel. Nice sheat, nice heavy handle…. But the most important thing, the blade, Is made of butter like steel. Not only seriously decived, but you can be sure i will share my sad expérience. I hope you can do something about that.

Nov 14,2023Over 30 years ago I purchased a Staniforth slicer for my sister. It is still used daily in her house. I lived in the United States during that time and when I retired I needed a few things for my kitchen, one of which was a slicer like I got my sister. I searched every ķitchen shop for 30 miles, without any luck. I finally looked the company name up in the Internet, lo and behold, they were still in business. Their website was easy to navigate and I quickly found what I was looking for. It took all of 10 minutes to complete the transaction. I received a couple of confirmation emails and and the tracking information for the knife. All in all a great experience, superb customer service with follow up emails keeping me appraised of the entire process including what date and time I could expect delivery of a product I knew would last a lifetime. Thank you Staniforth Ltd. Great products and outstanding customer service.
