Jun 19,2024I have used one of your knives since before the Internet was a widely used tool, well over 20 years. I have just picked up the knife which was an investment all those years ago and it has been a pleasure to use every time. The blade is so well made that it holds it's edge and can easily be sharpened. Family and friends have not managed to sabotage that knife all other lesser knives have been damaged. Thank you, I recommend your product to anyone who wants a value for money excellent knife not the cheapest but definitely the best value kitchen tool. Over 20 years proves it beyond doubt. Time I bought one or two more sizes. Please ignore the date of my review it wouldn't accept over 12 months. The company deserve to be rewarded by praise for long term performance.
