Aug 31,2016Bought a Texecom Ricochet kit from them, very pleased with both the pre and post sales support given, not something you can say about all companies operating in this field. Had a few issues with the wireless expander on the first panel that was supplied being DOA however it was quickly swapped out with no fuss. Had an intermittent (the worst kind!) fault with the wireless sounder and despite the issue only cropping up infrequently under specific circumstances again it was swapped out with no fuss. Absolutely no qualms in recommending them, very knowledgeable support staff and top notch customer service to boot.

Aug 29,2016Battery delivered is unbranded. Battery on website is plainly branded as original Visonic as in siren. I now have doubts about quality. A very prompt reply to this concern has allayed my doubts. Thanks Lee perhaps a note on the Web page would show the good attention to detail you pursue. Sadly there are too many people faking goods on the net so hard for the professional guys to compete. Best wishes to you.

Aug 25,2016Last time my alarm failed I paid a £50 call out charge and £20 for a new battery. This time I got the battery delivered promptly from Sapphire Alarms and replaced it myself in minutes for £13.75. I am very happy with the outcome.

Aug 16,2016Received the alarm battery as ordered on 10th August -- but not until yesterday, 15th August. I ordered because of the next day delivery promise which clearly never happened. I would have been more than happy to pay a few pence more for a guaranteed delivery or tracked parcel.
