Nov 26,2024I spoke with someone from technical, to get some advice, he put me onto the perfect item for my husband for watching TV. He was spot on and my husband is highly delighted with it. Very easy to setup a couple of cables to plug in and that’s it, the sound is very good. My husband is profoundly deaf if this helps anyone else to watch TV without any cords around your neck, and he can walk into another room and it still works. Thanks to the technical chap at Sarabec, I would give 10 stars if I could

Nov 14,2024I have been using Sarabec for a number of years now. And have found there customer service excellent and extremely helpful. There shipment of products was outstanding too, next day, no problem. I have just recently brought an Earis premium neckloop, I have to say, what a product. Just 2 cables, and I was up and running. It's so nice to be able to move around the house without the sound fading. Absolutely delighted.
