With extra loud alarm clocks and smoke alarms, and with flashing doorbells and vibrating pads, we hope to to offer security and peace of mind for those who need a little extra help around the home/at work.

I was sent a faulty battery which had swollen up and would not charge. Sent e-mail and then had to ring them up and I have been promised a replacement. Hope it arrives soon!

I wished information on aids to hearing tv - we currently have Swing aids, but I am unhappy with mine. I emailed an enquiry....with NO response. Later I found your website and ordered two replacement batteries which arrived efficiently. I am happy with the delivery of batteries, but disappointed at no having had a response to me emailed enquiry.

Very fast confirmation of order and despatch of the item. Unfortunately the product was not suitable for my mother and the item had to be returned. The telephone sales staff were understanding and helpful and on return of the goods issued a refund promptly without any fuss. Good communication throughout by seller.

The first phone I ordered was faulty, but this was very quickly exchanged together with the refund for the price readjustment. The replacement phone was speedily despatched and is working very well.
