This house door-bell system is excellent and it works. It is also adjustable for volume and, being wireless, the alarm/alert unit can be placed anywhere in the house. The only fault I found was how to fix the bell push outside the front door. I wasn't prepared to create a slot in the door itself so instead I created a small wooden case to fix the bell push unit onto brick work next to to the door. I'm not sure that many people would be prepared to do this. Is there a purpose-made kit that Sarabec could sell to make this an easier option? Please respond.

The Emporia phone I ordered arrived promptly and looks to be just what we need for my elderly mother - it is a Christmas present so I have not tried it yet but the buttons are lovely and big and it looks as if it will be easy enough to set up.

I bought this phone for my 85 year old mum as she couldn't hear on the phone . It is brilliant now she is so happy she can have chats again without us having to repeat every other word. I ordered online and it was here 2 days later. You were recommended by Halton Sensory Services.

Operates OK but using the earphones supplied makes the use impractical. This because ambient noise from the earphones causes loud feedback making the required level of gain impractical. To operate satisfactorily good quality earphones are required, these having good sound insulation to prevent ambient noise.

An excellent company - they are the only retailer for the Royal Institute for the Blind, and sell their amazing items. I bought a great little music player for my 92 year old Dad who has dementia - he can now listen to music on a memory stick instead of CDs ! Customer service and delivery were brilliant - I highly recommend Sarabec ! Many thanks for giving music back to Dad !
