Oct 11,2022TOTAL SCAM. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to email (address doesn't exist) and they don't have whatsapp. All replies on here claiming they have looked customers up are nonsense. I am reporting this company to trading standards. APPALLING.

Oct 05,2022Impossible to receive your order in time. The order took 20 days to come when it’s too late and to return I have to pay for the return! They don’t care at all. The shop is in London and I live in London so how on earth it took that long is beyond my understanding. Unfortunately looking at Google reviews this happens a lot with them! It’s best to avoid unless you are willing to wait for long. UPDATE: I have emailed you with all the facts, screenshots of all the emails I’ve sent before to you etc a week ago, the exact same day you replied to my comment I emailed and you haven’t replied. I feel like you made it sound as if I’m going online to complain on Google and here instead of coming to you first but that’s exactly what I did, I emailed you all the time and this review came because you didn’t bother to reply or help. I will be standing by this review and if it will help please let me know I could post here the screenshots of all the emails I have sent to you and the few replies you sent until I have asked for the return money and paying for the return conversation started. I don’t want any money back now or anything; it’s not about the money but by the way it’s been handled. I do stand by my review

Sep 30,2022Ive been looking for these particular skirts for ages. Ordered them quickly. Delivered promptly and I was kept informed of what point my order was at every stage. Just received the skirts they are exactly what I wanted and what I ordered. Good fit. Good selection and good service.

Sep 14,2022I spent £40 on 2 packs of school uniform shirts and they haven't gotten back to me. There's no direct number I can call or live chat so I'm left with nothing. I've been scammed and nobody is helping

Sep 14,2022I ordered uniform 2 sets pairs of blouses on Wednesday 30th of August 9.40am.The uniform arrived wrong colour sent to dispatched to me Saturday 3rd. l contacted them on the 5th and have since returned the wrong uniform by recorded post on the 5th of September. As at 13th of September no replacement has been sent to me. Very poor service, and communication. This company are the worst and heartless business l have ever dealt with in online purchase
