Dec 24,2024If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered items 2 weeks ago and not delivered. Needed them before Christmas and was assured they would arrive. Have contacted them but they have not responded to anything. Shocking customer service, do not use.

Dec 19,2024I found ordering my son's school uniform really easy using this website. It was my first time shopping on here as he had just started his first year at secondary. I was extremely pleased to find everything I needed here and delivery was fairly quick too. I returned some of the items only because I ordered a duplicate things in different sizes and I wasn't sure what the right fit would be. I spoke with customer service before sending the returns and the staff was really helpful in assisting me with the returns which I found really easy doing. Would highly recommend using school wear United to purchase school uniforms.

Dec 10,2024Wish it wasn't the only place we could purchase school uniform for our school. I will have to buy 3 sizes up as the school jumpers and cardigans shrink every time you wash them. I followed all the washing instructions, wash on 30 degrees heat and don't tumble dry. The bookbag lasted 2 months and you can see it is made badly! All the parents say the same at our school but we have to shop there otherwise we can't purchase the school uniform. Customer service is very poor, they said it was a me problem and they haven't heard of this before, which is a complete lie as I have spoken to lots of other parents who have said exactly the same thing and have been told the same thing by the manager. Terrible shop and terrible customer service

She has been wearing one school skirt for the past few months. I had given up on skirts, but she does not like school trousers either. So,I am a happy mum.
