Mar 01,2019Ordered through Amazon, Estimated delivery was vague and 10 days after the indicated delivery date item has not arrived and Amazon status is still set to dispatched, I have emailed through Amazon twice, no response other than the automated response saying the company will respond within 2 days, who takes 2 days to respond to an email!!! Tried calling to be left on hold on their premium rate telephone number!! Shocking service and seems like sharp practice, “we won’t send your goods and then make it more costly to chase them up so you don’t bother, or if you do we make money on our premium rate number”

Feb 11,2019Spent over £10 on phone calls, unbeknown to me at the time due to their premium rate number, trying to find out where my order was that never arrived, no one returned my calls or emails. Will not shop with them again.

Feb 02,2019I ordered and paid for school shirt, tie and jumper in August 2018. In September 2018 I tried to call the shop on the number provided on line almost everyday and at various times in the day (morning, afternoon etc,) All to no avail. The phone rang an rang an rang but was NEVER answered. I even left a voicemail asking someone to contact me regarding the order. No one ever did. Then randomly in November 2018 I recieved an email saying my items have been dispatched. This service was unacceptable especially when the staff came to the school to sell items they ran out and were actively encouraging people to order on line. I wouldn't recommend this service or school shop at all

Feb 02,2019Went in for some school trousers for my Grandson and didn't have his size in stock (Christmas Eve). They managed to order them in and in good time before the new school term. Great service
