Jun 07,2019I looked every where for trousers to fit my son who has medical issues and needs a larger waist but short slim legs and I was very happy with the quality and range this shop offers but most of all the customer service was brilliant. Guy went out of his way to help us and got loads of trousers ready for my son to try on and ordered some that fit perfectly which he delivered to our home very quickly.

Jun 07,2019I am very disappointed, the dresses arrived, were too small, and I sent them back the start of May, nothing as yet. School only has 6 weeks left and I have no dresses or refund. I had a email to say refund is authorised, yet still nothing else!

Apr 19,2019Delivery took longer than expected but good quality material when it came. The metal heart on the zip came off within 1 day of using the dress so need to find a way to fix it. Happy to find larger sizes in gingham dresses as this has proven difficult till now. Would use again despite faults.

Apr 14,2019Initially I was really happy, received my order really quickly, unfortunately the dresses were too large so I contacted to make a return and exchange for a smaller size. This was nearly 3 weeks ago now, I have returned the dresses and they have been signed for. I have tried to contact several time and had no response at all. It would be nice to be told when my replacements will be sent

Jun 07,2019I have tried to phone and was on the phone for 30 minutes and had no answer. I’ve also emailed and had no reply as the item didn’t arrive as expected. I was expecting a 2 pack of blouses for my daughter and only one blouse arrived. As I haven’t heard anything I will not be ordering again from this site. :(
