I bought sandals online, and according to their delivery provider they were delivered and I signed for them, this is not the case. Over 72 hours later I still await a direct answer as to why and who signed for my goods, and where are they, The whole customer experience is an absolute joke form the start.
I ordered various items in March this year but I am still waiting for my delivery?????? I have contacted your website numerous times, but STILL waiting for a reply?????
If there is a Zero I would give it to them. I don’t recommend this shop. I made a purchase with them on the 1st of April and I paid the next day delivery fees! their courier Evri didn’t deliver on time and they claim that it was due to the Schuh warehouse issues! And it is lost in between and I bought it as a gift to my brother…. Then I traveled abroad and Evri delivered it and didn’t collect it. After one month according to their policy it is automatically to be returned and a refund will be processed. Till now, I didn’t get the refund and back and forth for a month now and guess what (they said: we processed your refund through Klarna and they want me to go to Klarna to get it) I have sent them my bank statement to assure them that I have not received a refund on the date it is returned..
Had SUCH a great experience in store yesterday with Jordan at the Westfields Stratford, London branch yesterday. She was super friendly, really helpful and helped guide me on sizing and pricing etc. She was very kind in highlighting discount opportunities for teachers and just gave such a positive and fun vibe. Doing the company proud lovely!
Have to be honest after purchasing my two pairs of trainers saw the reviews & was beginning to regret it. Fact was delivered fast with excellent tracking. Trainers were as I expected one pair possibly returned at some point as no label but good condition so not a problem as don’t keep label anyway. Can only comment on what I find & that is excellent service.
I attended the Bexleyheath store (Kent) on Sunday and Alexis (Assistant 0012) served me. This lady was immensely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and diligent in every way. Her product knowledge was undeniably strong, the store was busy, but she made you feel like you had all the time in the world. Business product upselling was gentle but present and worked. I ended buying DM Reeder shoes and look forward to putting them to the test. Alexis, is a credit to herself, her profession and Schuh. All the staff demonstrated the same standards, but if your in Bexleyheath, Kent, ask for Alexis, you won’t be disappointed. And Schuh, please make sure you recognise Alexis for her outstanding impact on a to be life long customer from now on.
Bought some shoes in store to get delivered, I was told could send them back in post did this ok , they sent me a email to say needed bank details to do refund . I had online chat said processed by bacs and refund 2-3 days , online chat a further twice as no refund kept getting told refund done , 3 days later it hadn’t been done so now I’m told to wait 5 working days which is now up , still no refund, not sure how I’m going to get money back .would never use again .
Tried making a card payment to Schuh for some trainers. When I went to authorise the payment in my banking app, the payment was being made to Klarna instead of Schuh even though i clearly selected Pay by Card several times over and for the full amount. Why is this?

Spent £70 on trainers for a present and they arrived in an unbranded, damaged cardboard box. Really poor quality packaging for the amount of money spent. Would avoid in be future and recommend others to do.
Absolutely shambolic service ! Paid for the next day delivery , two weeks later , still no shoes Never again !
Used the shops many times but this time ordered online... The sent a dirty pair of shoes that had been worn and had the tags missing. Complained and was reluctantly offered replacements or a £7 refund. Sent the original back as per their own returns process and was basically accused of stealing, despite the fact that their own tracking showed it had been delivered to their warehouse 2 days previously. It would appear THEIR customer service team can't track their own returns process and it's MY responsibility to ensure THEIR warehouse team process my return in a timely manner. Customer service correspondence has been argumentative and borderline rude. If you do fancy some second hand shoes, vinted or ebay are a much more cost effective option.
Wirklich enttäuschend... Schuhe fallen viel zu groß aus, Versand kostet 8€, die dann automatisch weg sind und für die Retoure nehmen sie nochmal 2,50€. Sprich absolut fahrlässig zu große Clownsschuhe obwohl richtige Größe bestellt und -10,50€ für nichts. Ursprunglich wollte ich die Bestellung direkt stornieren nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen hatte (halbe Stunde nach der Bestellung), online selber stornieren geht nicht, man muss den Support anfragen der schwer zu finden ist und erst geantwortet hat nachdem die Schuhe schon raus waren. Kostenlose Retoure ist eine Lüge gewesen! Absolute Zeit- und Geldverschwendung, bitte bestellt einfach direkt woanders.

I have bought a pair of Guess boots that rubbed the skin on the back of my feet and it took a couple a weeks to fully heal. That was first experience and second, bought a pair of Converse one size bigger “just in case” and it was terribly unconfortable and it didn’t feel right when I had them on, although I own Converse shoes from another stores and never had the issue. Coincidence or not?? Not sure I am wondering if the shoes are actually genuine at this point.

The agents are amazing but for the love of god if you are offering a service called myschuh explain its different to the my schuh club and make it easy to created! Ive been speaking with 2 agents they see things me and my friends at work dont see on our screens. they say on the left it says join myschuh account and there is no such thing! Dont offer something that we waste 2 hours to find and still - it doesnt exist
