Schuh delivery agent FedEx has misdelivered my shoes. I received an email saying parcel delivered but FedEx had delivered parcel (not from Schuh) for other address to my house (not for me). I contacted FedEx immediately via report missing package, who told me to contact Schuh. I never signed anything but yet FedEx provided PDF file as proof that signed for with printed my initial, and mismatch with the timestamp from the cctv footage. After 2 weeks and outcome of their investigation, Shuch finally provided the resolution. I'm happy they have support via WhatsApp too. Great discount on their website and stores compared to Amazon or other sellers!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have now contacted the chatline twice regarding the delivery of my order. It was due to be delivered on Monday 13th, so far every single day I have woken to an email delaying the delivery of the parcel by another day, the exception being Wednesday the 15th where delivery was attempted! I needed this parcel for the weekend (18-19th) just gone and have still even now not received it after confirmation on Friday 17th that I would receive it Monday 20th. I spoke with an operator earlier who confirmed she would send me an email to update me on the situation. I have since received this email in which she has explained that they have attempted delivery three times… this is a point blank lie because either my partner or I have been in every day since Thursday last week. They have now offered for me to be able to pick it up from Camberley, which is going to cost me 40 minutes in the car and all the fuel that is consumed in the trip. This is simply appalling. Really really terrible. Why you associate with a company such as FedEx is baffling in itself…
I have had great customer service from Schuh concerning a refund issue.
Disgusting company stay well away they never ever delivered the shoes got a refund from them but now they claim that the shoes were delivered and return them but I never received it but they are taking the dopey driver side and making me out a liar and a thief and they are going to send the dopey driver back to resolve something I've never received in the first place made out to be a criminal absolute joke
My experience is terrible with ordering and returning item from this dodgy company. There fake review on their site about the items. Everyone saying item is comfortable and fit. In reality it was worst than Pound shop shoe. I tried to speak to customer service, they cut the phone off. I only got lost from ordering this shop.
I bought a pair of Timberland on my account and returned them via in-post. I received two emails from Schuh stating they had received a different (much lower value) pair of shoes back. I have never purchased these shoes and I send them my proof of return, which they asked for. I then heard nothing and contacted them via WhatsApp and got a short, rude response saying I would be refunded for the shoes they received. It is obviously a mix up with them or in-post and I am now down over £100. I will not be shopping with Schuh again.
The only live chat I have seen that doesnt use a queue. Checkout doesnt allow you to enter a manual address, meaning I was unable to add a flat number because the system "diddnt recognise that address" the moment you add it. Everytime you try and speak to an agent is says they are all busy and kicks you off the chat. Absolutely awful website.
Orderd some Some Dr Martens online on 19th December, next day delivery, then got several emails with revised shipping, 7 days later still no delivery from FED-EX completely useless! Eventually the boots were out for delivery twice with a failed to attempt delivery marker on tracking, i eventually received my parcel on the 31st!! No longer needed as i was already away on holiday by this time! And now SCHUH want £2.50 to retun after this mess!!
AVOID. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t ever buy uggs from here. I got a pair for my daughter and they were too big, she tried them on on carpet. I bought the size up and tried to return the bigger size and they wouldn’t return them. They said they had been worn! I asked 3 people in the shop if they believed they had been worn and everyone said no, they were in perfect condition. Raz was infuriating and wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s absolute robbery!!!!! How dare they do this. I will never shop here again.
I wanted my order quickly, so paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive so I contacted Schuh who said it would arrive the next day, and they did refund my next day postage cost. Then there was another holdup and Schuh said they’d contact the courier and get back to me (which they didn’t) I was hoping they could send it out on a same day courier but I was told there weren’t any. It eventually arrived 3 days late and they were too small, and now I need to wait up to two weeks for a refund. All in all it was just a bit rubbish.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! Our 10yo daughter was looking for a particular pair of Nike trainers, we asked a wonderful gentleman for help who straight away served our daughter, asked her the questions etc which was lovely to see especially as my daughter was using her Christmas money to purchase the trainers. This was yesterday which the store ordered and 9:30am the following morning the trainers were delivered! Thank you for great customer service, I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the helpful staff at the Milton Keynes store

I won't be ordering from Schuh again anytime soon, unless they change their courier. Christmas gift for my child still hasn't arrived. Awful experience with FedEx. This company needs to change their courier. Promises of delivery to no avail. I hope Schuh respond to my complaint today...
Cannot get hold of anyone from customer experience. Live chat function doesn’t work, no answer on what’s app and on hold on the phone for hours. Awful service.
Item not delivered I have ordered 2 items and they were not recieved . Customer services say the they were delivered but have no proof of this and claim the case is closed . So I order from them ..the courier says it’s delivered with no proof and I am expected to pay and expect this reason . No I won’t ..you use the courier do you investigate . I will seek legal advice as this is a massive joke

Ordered a handbag on 29th Nov, Schuh insisted it was delivered on 3/12/24, however I have not received it. Apparently delivered by Fed ex. Signed for by a name I have never heard of!. Schuh seem quite happy accepting the driver stating it WAS delivered. My security cameras tell me otherwise. I am still dealing with the matter, but certainly as it stands I would not order from this company again.
Brought some shoes online for my partner for Christmas, shoes themselves are lovely but they got delivered and the box they got shipped in was completely falling apart. Very disappointed.
Wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. Really disappointed, ordered on the 15-12-24 and paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered the shoes for an interview on Tuesday. Mon morning courier partner Evri said out for delivery and now its been 2 days and Evri is still showing as out for delivery! Raised a complaint online and still waiting. I would have never ordered had i known if it was Evri who was delivering. As soon as i get the delivery (fingers crossed) i will be returning it back straightaway. Never will i ever order from schuh as long as they are with Evri!

Jan 27,2025Purchased a pair of Steve Madden trainers in November they badly discoloured after weeks of wearing. No matter what I did to try and clean them, it didn’t improve. My friend returned them to store and the point blanked refused to exchange or return. I messaged SCHUH on Facebook and I had a reply advising me to go back to the store and request the manager to action my complaint. Upon returning to store, I was met with contempt and attitude. Eventually with my persistence the manager said “it will be easier for me and you, if I agree an exchange” No need for the show down and lack of customer care…not to mention his arrogance.
