I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Truro Schuh and my gosh it truly was a pleasurable experience, the young lady first of all asked a polite “Would I like any help” as my husband and I perused the magnificent array of every conceivable trainer, shoe or sandal anyone with a fetish for shoes would utter the words “I want them all” my needs however were in my reply “I suffer with arthritis in my feet and I need a wide fitting trainer” the young lady fluent in her knowledge of peoples abilities and disabilities regarding footwear, steered me in the direction of a Skechers paradise, the shelves arranged with numerous pairs, my eyes homed in on two pairs and a polite young man named Mitch introduced himself, what an absolute delight this young man is, nothing was too much trouble, he was attentive, listened very clearly to my requirements, he even explained in detail the way to waterproof the trainers. The interchange with Mitch was quite remarkable and a truly excellent experience so rarely seen in these modern times and may I say an asset to the Schuh company. A truly marvellous experience at Truro Schuh this Thursday morning.

I today called into schuh store at blackburn and 2 female young assistants was the most helpful I've ever experienced. I had a pair of boots I purchased just under 6 months ago and sadly the sole split and have been leaking water. Customer service said I had to take them in to be checked and a decision be made. I did this and the service was by far excellent. They was very understanding and sorry for my troubles. They checked the stock and replace for new as it was within 365 days of purchase. They was now in the sale and said they would either refund the diff or I could put it to a new item. I did just that and was happy to walk away with replacement boots and a new slider in the sale. Very excellent customer service given at this store today!
I went with my sister and friend to the schuh in Crawley and I was trying on a pair of crocs. I told the person working there that I was waiting for my mum to reply on whether she liked the shoes and they said okay. We then overheard a few of them in a circle saying that they should be watching us as we might take them. I feel quite offended and most likely won’t be returning. I was also looking to get a job there and would be telling people not to go there now.
Ordered for next day and paid extra. Didn’t receive my order (and still haven’t) not stated anywhere when ordered that it would take longer! Not good enough and won’t be buying anymore from them
Ordered shoes for £72 at Schuh because my size wasn't in store, but the delivery missed me and end up at a depot 30 minutes away. Was told I had 10 days to collect them or they'd be sent back to Schuh for a refund. My schedule didn't allow a depot visit within that window. Following this I was not given the shoes or a refund, Schuh's first response was to deny it outright. Asked again and they denied again, saying I left it too long and it wasn't their problem anymore. Cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and threatened legal action, suddenly they want to give me a refund as a "sign of goodwill". Avoid at all costs, needless amounts of hassle and would still be down £72 if I didn't threaten them. Scam company, hence the appaling star rating on this site.
I bought a pair of sandals from Schuh. Not long after wearing them, the top strap which was attached to the inside of the sandal came off. I was able to return them with no quibble and got an identical pair. The same happened to the second pair. I won't be buying shoes from them in future. You live and learn.
Was assisted by Jess at the Norwich store in Chantry Place. She measured my son’s feet and got him all the trainers he liked in the size and he chose two pairs. Jess was so patient and helpful.
Dealt with Holly from West Quay, Southampton, whilst buying some pink high top converses for our 5 year old granddaughter & I’m delighted to say it was one of the most pleasing shopping experiences we have encountered recently. Holly was engaging, professional, knowledgeable & very attentive. If Holly is indicative of the Schuh staff then I would recommend them very highly….. Holly is a significant asset to your business…… keep up the great service!!
Don’t get bother ordering. The order came wrong and missing they blame the delivery company and didn’t offer other solutions. Avoid

This is for schuh brighton . Everytime I visit the store I think the main thing that stands out is that you are greeted with a hello and a smile 😊 . I think this is important not many people smile these days . that’s my first impression . Secondly the staff , especially the manager they’re always helpful , I love visiting the store they always make it so easy to shop . Thank you for having one of the best customer service experiences in brighton , brighton schuh staff. I will be returning . Lastly - thank you to kaitlyn she goes above and beyond in her job !!!
Will never buy from Schuh online again. This time they sent the parcel to wrong address but i've to wait for a refund. Won't get a refund until they have received the parcel. Well i won't be waiting. I'm charging it back via my bank as its now been 14 days and i can do that. Previous time i had to chase up a refund for a faulty product. Think its time to complain to the consumer ombudsman

Couldn’t fault the service from the Sterling branch. Daisy the assistant was very helpful to the both of us, and as 1size was not available in store, she arranged for next day delivery to our home address. Wouldn’t hesitate using the store again

Rhiannon in West Quay Southampton branch was so helpful and efficient. She offered us the opportunity to save the shoes while we did some other shopping/looked at other shoe shops, so we didn’t feeling rushed into buying the first shoes tried on. Thank you Rhiannon, we’ll be back !

Apr 19,2024Die Schuhe kamen nach 3 Wochen stanken total nach Chemie. Rückgabe bisher nicht mgl. Da alle Kontakt versuche scheiterteten nicht mal die tel. Nummer stimmt. Nach dem sich KLARNA mit schuhheld ich Verbindung gesetzt hatte bekam die die Adresse wohin ich es zurücksenden sollte. Nach China. Spinnen denn die, daher kam es ja nicht mal große Sauerei. Mal schauen ob es noch ein Ende nimmt
