Today was one of many great customer service experiences in Schuh Colchester. I have always found the staff to be attentive and efficient as well and friendly and charming. My shopping trip today was exceptional. Well done Schuh on picking such brilliant staff

I was sent the wrong item first time around, then was sent the correct item. I then explained it would take me a while to send back the incorrect item due to being disabled and not being well, and was met with rudeness and being told that I had to send them the item even though I had explained I couldn't for a while. It was schuh's fault I had the incorrect shoes, and to moan at me for not being able to send them back quickly enough is not ok.
Great customer service in Nottingham store. Kyra was great helped us choose the correct sandles. Friendly, chatty and smiley 😊
Still no refund after over 4 weeks
I needed help with picking some shoes and one of the shop assistants, Jason, was extremely helpful. He brought such a positive attitude and made my experience with schuh a great one! Massive thank you to Jason who works at the Schuh in Cabot circus in Bristol!
Bought a £50 pair of Schuh own brand shoes online, the sole has started to come away after only 2 months. I’ve paid a lot less for shoes before that have lasted YEARS. I contacted customer service with pictures and an explanation….schuhs suggestion for their awful quality? Go to your nearest schuh store for a manager to “inspect” them or somehow package them up and ship them to their head office for an “inspection” to take place there. Your shoes may or may not be deemed ‘faulty’ after you’ve done so. It has to be the most ridiculous / backwards policy I’ve ever heard. I’m not sure what a shop worker or a guy in the head office is going to determine that a picture cannot. Regardless, £50 for a pair of shoes that last 2 months. Don’t bother.

Gutted with my order as I was sent worn and dirty shoes that were sent loose in a box (not even a shoe box). The bottom of the shoes were visibly worn multiple times. AWFUL way to treat paying customers the least that can be done is to send clean shoes in their original packaging.

Bought two pairs of shoes online / one pair was delivered, had a panic - called customer services who were really helpful. Advised they were being delivered from separate locations. Both delivered. Excellent service - no issues at all. Recommend and will use again.
Rude customer service and poor practise. Was sent the wrong pair of shoes twice and am now struggling to get my refund on a very expensive pair of shoes, make sure to use paypal just incase
They sent the wrong pair of shoes. After some days they asked me to return the product to them so they could resend the shoes I actually ordered. I paid for shipping because I was told the costs would be 100% refunded. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my money back. I don't recommend. It is better to buy from another more reliable company that will refund your money if something goes wrong (even if it is their fault).
The shoes I bought were excruciatingly painful. I got an Uber to walk the last 150 meters it was so bad. Schuh made it unacceptably difficult to post a negative review! Update: They still haven't posted the review a week after I wrote it so if you don't see a negative review that doesn't mean there aren't any!
Schuh in Birmingham Bullring were amazing. Polite, helpful and patient. I went to Merry hill Schuh recently and exchanged sandals for different shoes due to them not suiting my feet. Very helpful I even though the shop was busy. Excellent service
Two orders in 1 week were "lost" by evri. Schuh told me I had to wait for evri to confirm they're lost them or for the shoes to be returned before I could request a refund or replacement. The replacement is currently in the same 'lost' situation! I've been on and off the live chat with schuh getting nowhere. It's been an awful experience
Absoluter Drecksladen, Adidas Schuhe bestellt, irgend einen schwarzen No-name Dreck bekommen. Absoluter Betrug, gebe Daten gerade an meinen Anwalt weiter, weiter gehe ich an die Presse und behalte mir eine Reise nach Tuttlingen vor. Leider mit dem falschen angelegt
Order placed and paid for the next day delivery as the next day was a weekend and I would be at home ,schuh then cancelled the next day delivery and refunded the delivery fee and informed me of delivery a few days later . They will not leave the parcel if you are out as they need a signature and will not try a neighbour unless you provide the neighbours name and telephone number and here I am still without the parcel as after requesting it be left with the person selected they haven’t delivered and now I have to wait for the parcel to get returned to schuh until I get a refund . Moral of the story pay the same price on Amazon and get your item the next day
I had excellent service from firstly live chat(Beth) who helped me obtain my receipt, then the staff instore at Leeds white rose branch. This was to return a pair of faulty nike air max which they exchanged. Very satisfied with the way this was dealt with thank u Schuh.

Jul 29,2024I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my toddler. The package arrived by FedEx- with only 2 shoes in the package. I reported immediately was promised a call back the following day which did not materialise. The online chat function is appalling and timed out endlessly, I sent photographs as they requested of the packaging by email and was then asked to send these again and further details. After chasing Schuh again and again I was informed Schuh are liaising with FedEx and that a resolution would be found by last Friday. It’s now 3 further days later still nothing and after chasing again I’m informed they will be back in touch when they have an update. Really bad handling of this situation so far! I can see the standard replies from Schuh here are to email them. I’m already doing this daily, so would really appreciate if they could contact me with a resolution, either to send the shoes I’ve ordered or for a refund.
