Ordered a pair of converse paid 4.99 for next day delivery and 6 days later I am still waiting on my delivery to come. Not impressed with this service and I don't think I will ever buy from this store ever again ill spend my money somewhere else.

I chose a pair of boots from Schuh; the purchase transaction and delivery were very quick. Quality of the leather boots was shocking, really bad. I followed the returns procedure, returning via Evri. Was told to wait 2 weeks for refund, after one week I received a Schuh giftcard for £2.50 less than I had spent, and it was only redeemable for their products. Phoned to complain (waiting ages for call to be answered), pointed out the relevant legislation and received apology and refund directly into my bank account. Would absolutely never again buy from this company.

I would give 0 stars. Tried to exchange a pair of Hunter wellies with a manufacturing fault/quality issue on the inner label. I went to the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store and spoke to George who was confrontational and aggressive numerous times. I sent the shoes back to head office for inspection, to be told that there was no quality issue and the problem was from ‘abrasion’. All this despite Hunter informing me that they were sorry I had encountered this ‘fault’. Schuh don’t want to take responsibility for manufacturing faults.

There’s no words to describe how bad the customer service team is! There’s clearly no communication between different staff in the team; different people say and do different things. Staff keep making you feel you’re on the wrong! My order wasn’t delivered. One day I receive 2 emails - one claiming that they tried to deliver my order (a lie; I was home the whole time and no one tried!) and a second to say the order had been taken to an UPS depo. Hi called customer services and explained I couldn’t go to the depo and asked for the order to be resent to my address. Was assured this would happen within 1-2 business days. After 4 days of no delivery I reached out again. First was told the order had been delivered to me already; then was told the order had been cancelled and I had been refunded for it. Received the refund. Two weeks later the order showed up at my door. As I was no longer interested in such a messy order and had received the refund for it, I told customer services about the unexpected delivery. Was then threaten that if I didn’t send the shoes immediately back to them within 7 days they would put a debt collecting company after me for the money!! How is this possible? How can they threaten a customer and make them feel they ‘re on the wrong, when they’re the ones that absolutely messed up everything there was to mess with the order….?

Do not pay for next day delivery , this is my second time in 2 weeks i paid next day delivery and my recent order im now waiting my 4th day and still no item . They should not offer next day if they can’t guarantee you and especially take your money for it

Awful. Tried to return a pack of socks, they refused to take them back because they have been opened. There was no way to understand the size because of the way they were packaged. I have been told that it is their policy, but the policy was never displayed on the parcel, and I was not told when ordering.

I am so shocked how I was treated at Lakeside SCHUH (Kids branch) by Sales staff LAURA on Wednesday 1st November 2023. I’m carrying a Schuh bag, I got caught in the down pour. The bag was wet and the bottom was splitting open exposing part of the box containing my trainers. I saw the children Schuh store, so I walked in and I approached sale assistant Laura who was near the entrance. I said hi politely and explained my bag is slitting at the bottom showing part of the shoe box and it won’t be long before the item falls out. I asked if could get a replacement bag, she said did I purchase the item from this store, she asked to see my receipt. I just need a replacement bag, happy to pay if need be. as I am going into Stratford Westfield where I purchased the trainers from after,but knew the bag would not last. In the next breath she said “ sorry, I can’t give you a bag” My daughter was shocked and said it’s only a bag. Laura repeated that she cannot give us a bag and we left the store feeling like crap and so offended. I went back to the store and ask her for her name and I said thank you and walked out the store. I didn’t ask for a free pair of shoes, I asked for a flipping paper bag.’ I can’t help feeling that my skin colour offended Laura because when I was walking towards her, I felt the uninviting attitude, her in welcoming smile on her face, she did not even say hello. I’m a people person so I spot a bad attitude a mile off. I’m a regular customer of Schuh, all my trainers and shoes and boots come from the store. Stratford staff are amazing. I’ve never had any bad attitudes or unhelpful staff members. LAURA you need to apologise to me and daughter for how you made us feel. I’ve kept the slit Schuh paper bag so I can show your Manager or Better still, the Director. In this cost of living crisis, you can’t treat Schuh customers in this manner ever again. I’m not trying to make you lose your job as we all need to earn a wage but you need to have a better attitude and just remember you don’t own Schuh.

Send me a pair of worn Lacoste shoes. Dirty soles, no packaging , laces tied and labels missing. I then Decide to get EVRI to collect as I don’t see I should be doing a 20miles round journey to drop them off . I put this issue on the return label. I then wait 10days for a refund.I then get charged for returning their defected item via EVRI . Another company off my purchase list going forward.

They use EVRI the worst delivery company known in the UK. So bad they change their name from Hermes, but Evri will always be known as Hermes. Shoes sent back nearly 2 weeks ago and have not been given a refund due to their chosen courier still supposedly having the item since picking it up, if tracking is anything to go by but who knows if that is even reliable. Contacted Schuh days ago and told they will look into it and contact me. They NEVER DID. Give me my refund and sort out your problems with the terrible delivery company you choose to have a contract with so you could save a few pennies.

you can't cancel the order if they go home, by the time you speak to them the following day, the order is already dispatched sorry. If you send a cancellation request email, they will ignore it or say it wasn't received. Very Bad! Stay away

Partially refunded for boots that where sent back due to being unwearable for me. The boots where sent back in the exact same condition they came in but i received a partial refund. Never known any other company i shop with to operate like this! Not shopping with them again.

While entering Truro store I slipped onto the store window display which had a metal trim around it which sliced into my boots and cut my leg. When I let the store no what had happened. The manager gave me a customer experience number which I called and was told that they couldn't help me. No health and safety in this shop no customer skills. Was a regular customer will not be returning.

I made an order on line for 5 pairs of shoes, for some reason 1 pair came and the other 4 were sent in a different package and after 4 days were still saying at the senders depot. We had ordered these for our wedding and I so I contacted customer service on the WhatsApp facility and explained, they were so helpful and understanding and sent out a repeat order for next day delivery whilst the shoes were still stock so I didn’t have to wait the full 7 days and they are taking it up with Evri for the missing pairs! Amazing, I don’t know who it was on the chat but I’m so glad and thankful for them

Was served by Kim at the Teeside Park store, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, often shop here and staff are always friendly, Kim went out of her way to help us. Will Defintely be back!
