Not a great experience. Ordered a pair of shoes via next day delivery (needed them quite urgently)... only for them to arrive in the wrong size. I realise mistakes happen, but the whole process to fix the error was anything but simple. I sent an email explaining the situation but that was never responded to. So then I had to use the online chat (which took a good 15+ minutes to even get connected to an available advisor) and was told the correct size would be shipped out next day delivery. Two days go by with not even an email confirming dispatch. So back to the online chat I go and am told there was an error with the dispatch and it was now being processed, however next day delivery was unavailable. Makes you wonder what would've happened if I'd never bothered to contact them in the first place? As I said, I understand mistakes happen, but wow, the lengths you have to go to get the mistake sorted (and sadly, judging by the other reviews here, it seems this isn't a rare mistake either), when it wasn't even a mistake on your part... is quite tiring. In the end it was easier to just go elsewhere. Shame.

Purchased both my children’s school shoes from here - £125 for them both to come away from the sole within 3 1/2 weeks. I contacted the shop directly about where I stand on a refund or returning them, and replacing for some others. On the phone the member of staff was very helpful and said I was able to come in store. I came in the following day after school, two members of staff were stood near by when entering the store, female staff very friendly, the Male member of staff is who my mother went to, to explain our issue. He was rude from the get go - sarcastic comments about I can refund them but you’ve come with no other shoes for my children to leave the store, so how can I do that? When I asked him to measure their feet again, he was rude to my child.. take your shoes off, how can I measure your feet with your shoes on (all in an extremely rude tone) I addressed him and said he was being rude for his reply to be “I appreciate that but I’m doing my job” no apology just a cocky comment and continued with his unprofessional tone throughout! I was going to purchase some more shoes from the store, and return the faulty ones but his service was so bad I decided to take me custom elsewhere. The female member of staff sorted our refund, I made it very clear to her that he was extremely rude and because of this I’ll be taking my custom and money to another shop! Not only was it’s a rude member of staff but it was the store manager. Disgusting customer service, will never purchase from that store again!! Nottingham clumber street. Went to Clarkes and the customer service was excellent.

Always get my shoes from here and have never had any problems. They have agreat range for adults and kids. In store collection is great if you don't want to pat delivery fees.
claimed to have tried to deliver 3 times and no one was home, was tracking the parcel and NO one tried to deliver as was home waiting for the parcel which has school boots for my daughter. when enquired where the delivery was? was told they will attempt a redelivery which never happened and was waiting again all the day for the delivery. Do NOT order. waste of time.

DO NOT order shoes online & have them delivered to a pick up point!!!! It’s the longest delivery time I’ve ever known & I still haven’t received my shoes 🤨
I ordered a pair of shoes, they were delivered very quickly but when I took them out of the box I realised they'd sent me two left shoes and both of them are different sizes. Who ever packaged them must of grabbed the closest shoes they could find and threw them in the box. I then contacted customer care who said they would refund the shoes and sent new ones and charged me for those. Its 2 months later and I still have not recieved my refund for the shoes I sent back, they were quick enough to take my money to replace the shoes but not bothered enough to fullfill the refund. I will never order from Schuh again, complete disaster.
Paid for shoes. Unfortunately very small shoes arrived. On attempting to return the order no last digits requested it simply will not work. No customer service details. It seems to be a trend for company's to prohibit a customers returns. It is not acceptable. Do not use this company if you do not want to have your hard earned cash taken from you.
I ordered Uggs and when they arrived inside of the correct ugg box was a pair of off brand Uggs that schuh don’t even supply.When I contacted the company they claim the right shoes were sent out and were checked however this is clearly not the case since I didn’t get what I ordered.DO NOT buy off if this company as you will get send to wrong shoes and then be refused a refund.

Had to order the shoes I wanted to my house because they didn’t have my size, was told 2-5 business days and It’s currently been 15 days and still nothing, still no emails only texts telling me to ring customer services about my order and i have 3 times and waited for hours every time. I have the tracking code and it still says In delivery depot. Went into the shop a week ago, didn’t offer me any help other than to just wait.
Terrible customer service, Manager patronisingly suggested I 'go home and phone customer services' when they couldn't find my order. I had already phoned and been told to go into the store. Lazy, rude and entitled staff - won't be spending money here again.

Don’t bother paying for next day delivery. I urgently needed to get some last min alternative shoes for my children for a wedding abroad so chose to pay for the next day delivery which said if I ordered within so many hours it would be with me the following day. Since that was the case, I also added in a couple of other hats for our holiday and a pair of sandals for myself! I tracked my order throughout the day whilst I was at work. Lo and behold today I got home from work and there is only one pair of shoes and the rest of the order is arriving tomorrow after we leave! (When I won’t need any of it). Nobody notified me to say I was only getting part of my order and that they couldn’t get the rest to us on time. What a waste of money! I should have shopped at Amazon!
Don’t bother they don’t even message you or send any emails re order or despatch !! Finally received but emails many days after despatch saying with local post office complete nonsense was delivered to Local store !! Avoid these clowns 🤡
Visited Kingston store for some school sports trainers for my son, although didn’t have much stock for size 3 I was very happy with my experience the staff are lovely and very welcoming definitely would visit again. Was even persuaded to by a cheeky pair of crocs for myself!! Absolute must visit if you’re in the area. Don’t usually write reviews but during my back to school check list I have been amazed by local shops and their staff in the areas Kingston,Ealing and Hounslow. you can never beat a good shop on the high street. Thank you to the lovely girls at Kingston Schuh!!
