Dec 29,2023Went to to the Basingstoke store to try and find a new pair of vans for my partner. The store was immaculate and the staff acknowledged me almost immediately. The store manager, Becky, helped me sift through the overwhelming number of options and colours available. Her input and understanding of what I was after very much assisted me in narrowing down what I wanted to get. Once I check what colours we already have, I will be back for a pair or two. Becky was fantastic and it's easy to see why she's managing the store.

Dec 28,2023What a scam, ordered a pair of Dr Martens for xmas pressant on the 20/12/23, went for next day delivery, web site saying will receive before xmas, so had them sent to UPS pick up point, friday came, got email from UPS saying delivery 28/12/23, phoned Schuh said what happened to next day, according to them UPS pick up points does not include next day delivery, where was that on the web site, what a con, said they could not do anything already posted, make things worse pick up point is now closed until the 2/1/24, been phoning UPS but got no where yet, what a farse.

Dec 27,2023called to find out where my purchase was (my fault as I didn't put the house number) got Hannah who was fantastic and called the parcel force and confirmed it was out for delivery. I also had a call from the service team who had spotted my error to update so brilliant service!! I did get a txt to provide feedback but it wouldn't let me so google this instead.

Dec 26,2023Ordered a pair of converse which I returned via Evri pick up my phone was scanned as proof .Schuh customer service appalling they have asked four times for my tracking number which I have emailed with a screenshot but they just keep asking for the same information. So no shoes and no refund appalling service.

Dec 22,2023Terrible customer service and terrible delivery service with EVRI. Parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, proof of delivery has a note that clearly states someone’s name that doesn’t live in my house BUT according to Schuh that’s my house. No house number or anything in this photo so I have no clue where my parcel is. Customer service doesn’t care at all spoke to 2 girls who didn’t care to help or refund me and fobbed me off telling me to complain to a 3rd party. I’m a regular customer but will no longer be ordering from them. 1 Christmas present down and £30 down the drain.

Dec 22,2023I ordered an item for click & collect at Bluewater, but as I used Apple Pay, they couldn't release the item to my husband who was collecting it. I rang Customer Services and spoke with Jamie who was extremely helpful, explained what to do (take screenshot of Apple Pay ref) and to send it over and she will ring through the store to enable it to be collected. Very pleasant, extremely efficient and understanding.

Dec 22,2023Received NO collection receipt and only found out items were being returned because I checked to see if items had been delivered! WhatsApp help useless - offer made to resend items but no communication until next day, at which point, too late for Christmas delivery. Think I’ll cancel my account and shop elsewhere. Really poor.

Dec 22,2023Just bought a pair of Birkenstock Bend lace up shoes from Schuh's online site. The shoes as well as being stylish, seeming to go with everything formal or casual, were reasonaby priced and the after-sales service is excellent. I had a delivery enquiry, using the live chat with Annah I was kept up to date and my query was answered and resolved in just one live chat. Once again as with all my previous purchases from Schuh, the delivery was fast, quality of product and service is excellent and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and recommending them.

Dec 21,2023Ordered a pair of Uggs for a Xmas present. Selected click and collect from my asda. However UPS made one delievery attempt and said the store was closed (its a 24 hour store!!!) so returned them to Schuh without any warning. Now out of stock, suggest Schuh use a better courier

Dec 20,2023Ordered a pair of Steve Madden trainers (£94.99) in store for home delivery. The trainers arrived as planned however on inspection, one of the trainers laces were untied, the packaging had been left out of the trainer and the boxes lid was damaged, clearly a tried/returned item. I have written to Schuh and certainly will not be using this store again in future....I think the expectation that your goods will arrive in pristine condition (did I mention that they cost £95!!) is now blind hope that the person trying the trainer on BEFORE we gifted to our daughter didnt have athletes foot!!....Bye bye Schuh!

Dec 18,2023Christmas present order for my daughter, made on Dec 16th stock showing available, advised on the 18th nil stock, order cancelled and refund. Item now sold out everywhere, extremely disappointed and frustrated with Schuh as a company, sort your business/stock system out!!! Looking at their previous feedback, appears you have a 50% chance of a 1 star experience and with no responses to comments, it also appears they are past caring.

Dec 15,2023The shop in Truro didn’t have my size but said if I ordered them there they would be delivered to my home address next day, guaranteed. Two days later and the shoes haven’t arrived. I’ve received one email from evri giving tracking info and my parcel isn’t even out for delivery. I wish I’d asked which delivery company SCHUH use as if they’d told me it was evri I wouldn’t have bothered buying the shoes.

Dec 14,2023Ordered a pair of full price UGG funkette as a gift for my sister, I received them in a plain non-original box, in used conditions and with no tissue paper around them or anything!! They honestly looked like a knockoff from Aliexpress!! Disgraceful!! Returned them for a refund.

Dec 30,2023I ordered a pair of size 6 New Balance. Schuh sent me a size 5. The trainers are now out of stock. Schuh unable to give me the trainers I paid for. I Schuh offered me a 15% discount against a future purchase for my hassles. Not nearly good enough.
