Jul 14,2021At the Plymouth store in Drake Circus today, a lovely lady (sorry didn't find her name, hair in a bun) helped my sister and I try to find some shoes in difficult circumstances by finding shoes that are available. Then, a nice gentleman called Josh was so patient while trying them on!

Jul 13,2021Ordered some sliders from Schuh due for delivery within a couple of days. Tracking then states my address is incomplete - as it does not have a number, it has a property name instead. UPS have advised they cannot deliver without a property number. Schuh are refusing a refund, and extremely unhelpful and rude customer service.

Sent me threatening emails after being sent 2 items by accident and told to pay for the other even after both were returned in store. Accused me of lying and stealing. Stay away

Jul 02,2021Ordering was easy. Delivery was OTT as I was demanded to show photographic ID to take the package. Returns confusing so I called where I was treated fabulously and very efficiently. Made a order return to store which, took a bit of time (under staffed) but was easy.

Jun 29,2021Please please don’t buy from schuh I’ve never had such poor customer service in my entire life! I bought some ankle boots online two weeks ago and the soles have come away and I’ve only worn them a handful of times. I spoke to customer services and in order for me to get a replacement let alone a refund they want me to travel a 44 mile round trip to take the boots into store for a management inspection. I’m a disabled blue badge holder and severely immune compromised and they want me to do this during a pandemic they very kindly said I have up to five years to make this trip to return them. Or alternatively I can ask someone else or post them at my own cost! It’s absolutely appalling at a time when I’m in one of the highest covid areas been told only essential travel and not to travel out of my local area Schuh want me to potentially spread covid for a replacement pair of £19 boots! It’s ridiculous especially when I’ve sent them photographs of the cr*p boots! Ive now opened a case with PayPal so hopefully I’ll at least get a resolution that way! Please don’t buy from them they’re the most unhelpful, greedy and selfish company I’ve ever known!

She couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly really efficient and went that extra mile. Made my week . Thank you Margaret.

Jun 27,2021Terrible customer service with limited returns. Do I want to drive miles and miles to find something convenient for them? No. Do I also want to pay £2.50 to cover the returns cost when I’ll have to pay to send them by Royal Mail? No. Do schuh care? No. Enough said.

Jun 27,2021I had an amazing experience today in the Westgate in Oxford. Eric the sales assistant was so friendly and helpful with all his advice for my daughter who purchased a pair of Vans. He gave us some fantastic advice about putting an insole in the vans to support her high gate which now has corrected the problem and now she can wear the vans she wanted. The rest of the staff were also so friendly and welcoming. Best shoe shop in Oxford. Thank you so much

Jun 23,2021Schuh online customer service has really gone downhill, the agents just deflect responsibility for the issue at hand with mindless robotic responses - basically incompetent and belligerent on all levels. To cut long story short, paid for next day delivery and the shoes arrived with multiple defects! Contacted Schuh online customer service, but they proceeded to deny accountability for the faulty item. They refused to refund the £4.95 delivery charge despite Schuh being at fault in this case. Very poor trading practice to bill the customer delivery charges for the provision of defective items not as advertised. Considering the aforementioned, I have now lost total confidence shopping with Schuh online. Shame as my past experiences in-store were always so positive.

Jun 22,2021First time using schuh online. Received completely wrong order and another item (main reason for placing an order) ended up getting an email saying its actually outt of stock. Now have to wait for refund and sort out the return myself for wrong product. Can't recommend and will not use again

Jun 17,2021Ordered a pair of all white trainers and they arrived in shocking condition. One shoe was literally frayed and YELLOW! (Wish I could upload pictures) I raised a complaint and requested a new pair be sent and they actually sent the same pair back! Again I contact customer service who were so unhelpful it was a pointless interaction. You'd expect a level of quality with a long standing brand but don't hold your breath! Never shopping with them again.

Jul 17,2021They sent 3 pairs of the same shoe to me that were all dirty Wouldn't recommend them at all but they ask you ' how likely are you to recommend us' at the end. Why would I when you're a waste of time? Joke of a company.
