May 19,2021Great shoes, quick delivery and overall a good experience. After having to return low quality shoes to other shops, it was great to get some from schuh that I really liked. Thank you!

May 17,2021Purchased a pair of trainers and a pack of socks for my daughter. Paid for next day delivery as she required them for Monday morning. The socks came next day and UPS tracking stated the other items would be delivered between 8.45 and 12.45pm. Checked back around 1.30pm as nothing came and tracking now says 'creating label'. By 4pm nothing had been delivered, so we tried to divert the parcel whcih was a chore in itself. Later that evening I recieved an email stating the parcel was held at depot and would be delivered by the end of the day the following Monday. Too late for what was required. When asking Schuh about a refund on next day delivery they said that only the socks were available for next day delivery, not the trainers, and I would have been informed at checkout. Even though UPS had them at the depot on Friday. So I've just gone on the website and tried to buy the trainers again, guess what I can have them next day for £4.99. Bunch of scammers, do not pay for next day delivery. Gutted as Next had the same trainers for the same price and would have definitely had them next day.

May 17,2021I’ve been continually checking for a pair of Nike trainers that have been out of stock on and off for the past 3 weeks. I eventually found them and my husband bought me them for my birthday. They arrived today and look like they have been worn for a month and returned. The box had slice marks through it and was collapsed, the trainers had grass stains on the sole, dirty laces and had feet imprints inside. Absolutely disgusting also there’s no way I can return them as I will be accused of causing the damage and refused a refund. Who quality checks their returns? I would have thought with COVID restrictions they might actually sanitise their footwear when they have been returned but obviously I’m wrong. I now have to anti bac each shoe, wash them inside and out and clean the laces. I am disgusted with what has been sent to me.

May 16,2021Ordered two pairs of boots, neither were a good fit and so I returned them...several weeks ago... still not had a refund and just get dismissive emails from the company. Will never order from here again and certainly won’t be recommending. I am still owed a couple of hundred pound!!

May 15,2021I ordered some trainers at the beginning of the month and they have still not arrived. I am now past the birthday they were meant to be a gift for. Schuh courier have admitted that they have lost the parcel but rather than rectify the situation, and send a replacement or issue a refund, schuh are more preoccupied with their investigation, which will take up to 8 working days. I appear to be the only one losing out here. Schuh have the money, the courier have been paid and I am sitting her with nothing other than a thread of dismissive emails. I did try and share this on their website but, I’m sure no one will be surprised to hear, it did not get through.

May 15,2021Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8, 1 shoe was a size 9 and another was a size 11 so semt them back for an exchange, got two shoes size 9 back for the same foot so binned the shoes cnt be bothered with the hassle customer services was rude, will never shop here again

May 15,2021Very awful experience on return and refund the worst I have experienced online so far! Avoid! at your peril! it took them one month and they put me through klarna which I haven't used when I purchased I used my bank details but they asked me to get in touch with klarna to get my money back!!!

May 12,2021I made an order in April. Expected delivery was 3-5 days. Two weeks later I have been informed that the package has been lost by UPS, even though the last scan on this item was yesterday, and it has been lost within the last 24 hours apparently! The customer service, communication and overall poor service I have received is something I’d expect from wish. Will never be ordering from here again. Save your money and spend it somewhere else where the products you order will actually arrive.

May 06,2021Do not recommend to buy footwear from here. I know refund policy is different everywhere, but here is just ridiculous. Received my shoes which i tried on for like half an hour, to see if i like them. Obviously i went outside with them, but shortly i realised they are very uncomfortable and i wouldn't wear them. Also they are 70£, so I'd rather buy something else for money as such. There was no damages at all apart from little bit dirty outsole (obviously because i was outside ) and they would not accept it back because it was worn! Well obviously it was worn, you don't decide to return shoes without wearing them??!? Completely idiotic conditions. Contacted customer service and lady on the phone told me i should have tried them only in the house, well.... Isn't that wearing it anyway...???? So now i have shoes worth of 70£ which i will never be wearing. Cool stuff, Schuh, keep it going!!! 👍👍

May 05,2021Recently bought a pair of shoes of their website the process was quick and they were delivered on time, the issue was when I looked at the product. The size on the box was correct but on opening the box and looked inside the shoe noticed that the shoes in the box were the incorrect size. Surely it makes sense to check the product correctly before delivery only takes a few seconds to open the box and have a look. I would of sent them back but decided to just use them for around the house using thick socks. Could do better.

Apr 30,2021Ordered some shoes from Schuh for my son, they were delivered promptly and unfortunately he didn't find them comfortable so were returned via Asda and again no problem. I received the refund of the 1st of the three payments within 21 days so again no problem. However, when paying for the shoes you have to go through a company called Klarna which didn't seem a problem and did so using my credit card however when I received my monthly statement I saw the payment, the refund but a further fee for a "cash transaction fee" with a further charge for "interest". So I rang my credit card company up and they said the additional fees were because of the way Klarna take credit card payments, they take from your credit card account as if it was cash and there is a fee plus an interest fee. It may not amount to much but I don't recall on either the Schuh or Klarna websites saying that is the way payments are taken. So a warning......using a company than insists payments are made via Klarna and you use a credit card then there will be additional fees to pay.

Apr 29,2021Order from them several times. Their return peroid used to be 365 days but not sure about now. Good everything overall from beginning to end. Even closing your online account was easy and straightforward.

Apr 28,2021Ordered runners for my baby's birthday, paid for delivery and 2 weeks later never received. I contacted schuh only to be told t is still with UPs and I cannot get a refund until they receive the item back from the courier who have failed to deliver for over 2 weeks.

May 21,2021Going to give 2 stars as this was the first time I ordered from them and they have been prompt with responses via email. Otherwise a negative experience. My pair of shoes arrived, one with a mark on the side of the fabric and the other with dark scuff marks on the white sole edge. I contacted customer services who asked that I return this pair and they will send out a new pair. The next day the new pair arrived, with a clear finger print mark on the side of the sole and some minor dark scuffs. How can they send out 2 orders and both include marks?? To add I checked on the website and size 4 was out of stock ... so I'm sure the second pair they sent must have been a return or an odd damaged pair they had lying around. They offered me to return that pair too, and they would send out another, but I feel we are just going to go around in circles here with me ending up at the post office every day returning packages to them. I accepted that I would keep them because I needed them for the weekend and I cannot be bothered with constantly going back and forth with returns, parcels and emails and I got £2.70 refunded. The shoes were not pricey, but £2.70 is shocking. Should they have sold these on their website as imperfections I would say they would have to offer AT LEAST a £5 discount if not more like £7.50 as there is a clear finger print on the side which looks melted into the sole which I have sent them a photo of. It was the first time I have purchased from them, and it will be the last.
