I wouldn’t even give a 1star!! If I was you I’d avoid ordering shoes at or from SCHUH if they are coming from the warehouse! Friday I went to store to get my daughter some new school shoes as they wasn’t in stock they had to order them, they asked if I wanted them delivered to store or to my home address as both were free so I picked home. Monday morning the shoes arrived when I opened the box all the correct lelli Kelly accessories was there even the box had the right shoes on but there was a completely different pair of shoes in the box they were start rite shoes which Schuh don’t even sell!! these shoes also had a lelli Kelly plastic tag on! Someone had took the shoes out that I ordered and replaced them with some random ones in the warehouse because there was no damage to the parcel. Tuesday morning I went back into store and spoke to management and customer services on the phone to which they basically said what do you want us to do about it we don’t sell them shoes so we won’t be doing anything and I wouldn’t be receiving my money back. They also said they are having problems with their parcels with parcel force but yet they are still continuing to use them🤔. I was told an investigation was going to be done and I would hear from them when it was complete. We also made complaints about the staff I spoke with as I was made to feel like I was a scammer and actually left the store in tears!! Wednesday morning ive had a snotty voice mail left on my phone by the vile lady from customer services I delt with yesterday hoping I’ve had a lovely morning but I won’t be receiving a refund as the shoes came from the warehouse and they don’t sell them shoes so have a lovely day. So customer service was rang straight after and they don’t have any cctv at the warehouse so they aren’t able to see who is doing this so because of that they aren’t prepared to take responsibility so they can’t do anything about it!! These shoes had a tag on that me my self wouldn’t be able to put on a pair of shoes, the shoes were also not even My daughters size and we are now down £50! Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware as I’d hate for it to happen to someone else! I will never shop in schuh again especially the Solihull branch😤!!

Ordered a pair of trainers for a birthday gift. Opened parcel to see a box of tissue paper and no trainers inside. Raised with customer service who have not helped and basically are calling me a liar. Not sure where I stand with this now as they have my money and I don't have the shoes I have paid for and worst of all I have no present to give my sister on her birthday and now have to spend further money and go out of my way last minute to find a replacement present. Little care shown by customer service about this and I'm really unhappy. Looking at the other reviews on here, I should have thought twice about ordering from this website. I've paid £80 for an empty shoe box. What a joke. :(

Ordered a pair of trainers which were £20.00 more expensive on other websites. Paid via PayPal with no issues. Trainers arrived within 2 days. Really pleased with the trainers and price.

There is definitely a problem with the schuh website, as identified by other reviewers. Tried to buy on several occasions but website states that there is a problem with my bank. However, having tried with different cards I realised that the transactions were going through as pending, so the fault is with the Schuh website. The customer service is of no use at all. Can't believe they are still in business.

What a hassle.Will never order online for home delivery again.Not clear with returns info and ended up costing a fortune. Took a while for a refund on the shoes as they didn’t fit but didn’t get £8 delivery fees refunded.

First time ordering online from schuh and it will be the last. They don’t make it clear there is a £2.50 returns charge if you don’t have a schuh account. Obviously if they had made it clear I would have signed up. I tried to sort with live chat but they were no help. So now left having to pay £2.50 for the pleasure of trying on a pair of badly fitting shoes.

Paid for Saturday delivery didn't arrive, contacted schuh was told delivery would be Monday didn't arrive, contacted parcel force lost at hub contacted schuh on live chat and wouldnt send a replacement wouldn't use again.

Ordered some nice boots. They arrived very quickly. Didn't fit. Sent back for an exchange. They arrived very quickly. Fit perfectly and good quality. Excellent service, very happy customer.

A few weeks ago I tried to purchase trainers for my son, my card was declined and using Paypal meant I was returned to the basket page. They held my funds though which is interesting because if there was a problem with my bank account then they couldn't have held the funds, it would have just been refused. My husband attempted and had exactly the same issue and again they held the funds. Benefit of the doubt, I tried again this evening, only to have the exact same thing happen again. Now I've looked online this seems to be a common issue at the moment. Went over to a competitor's website and bought the same shoes with no problem.

Terrible, ordered shoes for a present, I received an email to say that they would be delivered the next day and gave me a time slot. No delivery came and when I speak to someone they said it was 6 days for delivery!!! When I asked to cancel the order I was told they can’t do that either!

Tried ordering shoes and site kept declining payment. Then found out Schuh had taken the payment 4 times and when contacted customer services they said take 3-5 get refunded and despite taking payment the offset was unsuccessful and there were no items ordered. When complained Schuh gave poor responses on initial email said “Schuh never took payment as I paid by debit or credit card” replied saying Schuh issue as their website causing problems and blaming bank not on. Receive 2nd reply “ As we use a payment on despatch system the funds have not been debited from your account by schuh” again totally missed the point you have taken the payment 4 times regardless of being credited back I’m still out of pocket Looking at reveiws and getting 45% 1 star reviews you would think the company was be more interested in keeping customers and change how do things with so many poor reviews

when I came to the store I saw a discount on Victoria shoes, but when I announced my desire to buy, everyone was upset and using many words said that these shoes are not at a discount, although there were several pairs at a discount in the window! I had to buy at full cost

Never shopping with this company again. Rubbish returns system. I wanted an exchange, couldn't do that so they just returned them and then expected me to pay the refund charge and the 4.99 delivery fee. They wiped away the refund charge but I've still had to pay 4.99 for nothing. Working in retail myself, we charge 19.99 for delivery and if we have a return we would never expect the customer to pay the delivery fee if the product is coming back to us.

Exakt die Schuhe die ich wollte und super schnelle Lieferzeit, die Schuhe sind innerhalb einer Woche angekommen. War erst sehr misstrauisch wegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen aber bin positiv überrascht und würde wieder da Bestellen.

Website said bank failed transaction, so did it again, same thing happened, so gave up. Found I have two pending payments and no orders. Spoke to customer service, 3-5 days for the system to cancel the pending payments, but could do nothing there and then as no orders.

I was served by Megan at the Beacon Eastbourne store, it was a Friday and I was getting married on the Saturday, my son has issues and I was struggling to find appropriate foot wear for him, Megan was so helpful and took the time to find the perfect shoes, she was absolutely amazing! And her manager was so kind and helpful too think her name was Claire or Chloe, not sure, but absolutely amazing staff at Eastbourne, I have recently gone back and purchased another pair of shoes and I will be shopping here for our shoes all the time from now on, Megan is an asset to your company! Thank you again
