Big thanks to Claire from customer services for sorting out my problem. Mistyped my email address when ordering so never got my confirmation or dispatch email. She sorted it all out for me without making me feel like an idiot for my mistake. Order arrived today as scheduled.
Very very disappointed. Shoes returned 8 March to Schuh and received. 22 March refund still not in my bank account, would not purchase an item from them online again due to this.
seit 21.2. (Versand) warte ich. UPS : lagern in Frankfurt, 2x Auslieferung angekündigt,stets 2 Tage nach angekündigtem Datum. UPS nur per e- mail erreichbar, seit 15.3. lagern Schuhe im export scan. Fragt man UPS Mitarbeiter am Wagen: keine Ahnung! Liegt wohl am Versand von SchuhRoi-Billigsttarif. Hürden bei PayPal hoch! Nie wieder - weder über UPS noch mit PayPal, die bezahlen, SchuhRoi hat kassiert und versandt und UPS hat keine Ahnung! Ich bin bedient!
registration page has many problems logging in and confirmation email takes ages. Also, when returning an item the system shows fields entered as missing and did not recognise my order number-needs further testing on mobiles I think.
Been so let down, item that I ordered appearantly gone missing by the courier. So what happened was they had to wait to hear from the courier so I didn’t have the item that I ordered as a present for partner nor the money for over 3 weeks. Once they finally heard back and assumed to be lost they refunded. Not the way it supposed to be if you want to provide some level of customer service!
I buy a pair of shoes on the 28th. They take a few days to come, whatever no problem. Turns out adidas 9s are too small, so I send them back promptly for exchange. Schuh received my return last Monday. I have not received anything yet. Customer service are so damn nice, and try to help but, I have been told that I should have them processed by the 26th, a whole month after buying them... I just want my shoes... Update* I received a notification that it will be processed now. Customer service still one of the best I have dealt with anywhere.
Ordered a pair of shoes and wore them outside for a quick walk - my foot blistered in 5 minutes of being out the day they arrived. Phoned customer service who said that I couldn't return them because theyd been worn!! Obviously there's something wrong with the shoe but was told if I did send them back I'd have to wait 2 months for a team to inspect the shoes for faults?! Woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Really awful customer service DO NOT TRY ON SHOES AND EXPECT TO RETURN THEM.
Ordered a pair of shoes, came damaged, so sent them back. Still waiting 11 days later for my refund (11 days since they signed for them and have them back). Excuse after excuse from customer advisors, I can appreciate they abide by the rules they have been set. But unfortunately this doesn’t cut it and I will be contacting my bank to step in. Very sorry that I had to leave this bad review as most of my experiences with schuh in store have been positive. All my online experiences have been very bad and this is just the last straw for me.
1st time ordering,ordered before the deadline for next day delievery,nothing,email stating today delivery still nothing,very much disappointed
I am happy with the trainers I have order but the box that it has coming it absolutely disgusting, looks like it has been kick and sat on. This is meant to be a present for someone but with the state of the box I am going to have to throw it. It’s not just where it has been in a van I get them like it in the store too and it’s terrible. You really need to sort the boxing out and make them look the best that they can be, not just one that looks like it has been reused 5 times and trampled on by your whole crew.

An absolute disgrace!!!!! Bought a pair of trainers, online, at my usual size. On receipt, I tried them on at home, as you do. I found them very stiff and uncomfortable so I returned them. And now Schuh are fobbing me off with some excuse and blaming me for buying the wrong size! Really??? I think I know what my shoe size is. I wasn’t born yesterday! I have sent them multiple photos of my shoe collection, ALL showing a size 3!! I will contact Trading Standards and take legal action! Disgusting!!

I have shopped here since I was a child and now continue to shop here for my 3 children, love this shop and I love the returns policy! I never buy my shoes any were else. This is a shop u can trust, I also love that u can recycle shoes here and get £5 off ur next pair even if the recycled shoes were not bought in Schuh 😃
I ordered two pairs of trainers on 1st March and received them on 3rd March! Received tracking information so that I could easily see where the parcel was. Very satisfied with the service and goods provided.
Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try, and gotta say that I might have been one of the lucky ones. Purchased two items on sales on the 25/02, opted for standard delivery and four days later I received both in perfect state. Very happy with the whole process!
Bestellung Ende Januar getätigt und erst jetzt erhalten. Die bestellten UGG Boots scheinen entweder Mangelexemplare oder Plagiate zu sein! Immerhin bietet der Händler eine kostenlose Rückgabe an!
they took my money and the page crashed and said something went wrong and my order wasn't processed but it took my money :(
JUST A MOCKERY from UPS and SCHUH!I have purchased shoes from Schuh on 6th of January, that had to be delivered by the currier UPS. Waited for few weeks, around 19th of January contacted UPS. Package lost, do a claim. Filled form, errors occurred, can’t fill it so contacted UPS customer service never replied. Got and update that address required, registered on the site updated address. Nothing. Contacted directly schuh on 25 January they filled a claim and process going till now.... Called UPS, they said the package never been delivered because they had no address nor contacts. Updated all that, I was promised that package will be delivered on 5th of February. Never came. Update came that address information is missing again! Contacted them again on 18 February, same story package will he delivered. I asked if I can get the address where is the package so I could go myself and collect it, no they don't know the address!!! Still waiting... No money no package. So don't know whom to blame UPS or SCHUH but both just wasting my time and nerves. It is their responsibility to replace or refund order, that I never been suggested! A big disappointment from schuh too because they don't care about their customers.

Mar 23,2021I can’t comment on the customer service. But I ordered a pair of trainers on Saturday night and they were delivered Monday which is great! I have used schuh a few times and I’ve never had a problem. Once the shoe box was falling apart but I don’t buy shoes for the box.
