Jan 26,2021Absolutely amazing. I ordered some vans on Saturday and the tracking said they'd be on my doorstep by the end of Tuesday. Here I am writing this review on Tuesday evening after having just got my vans. Never been happier and great service!

Jan 26,2021FINGER WEG!!!! Ich habe 6 paar Schuhe bestellt & 1 behalten, da die anderen nicht gepasst haben. Die Schuhe kommen aus London. Bestellung: wenn man mehrere Schuhe bestellt, können diese trotzdem mit mehreren Sendungen kommen. Bei manchen hat es auch länger gedauert. Die Sendungsverfolgungen waren auch nicht immer aktuell & bei mehreren Schuhen dann erstrecht problemhaft, wenn man sich drauf verlässt und seinen Tag dementsprechend plant. Schuhe: ich hab Fred Perry’s bestellt welche alle in sehr gutem Zustand waren. Doch die Schuhverpackungen waren kaputt und sogar teils gerissen. Wer also wert drauf legt, sollte nicht von da bestellen. Mir persönlich war es egal. Retoure: aufgrund von Brexit kann es Wochen dauern bis die Schuhe zurückgesendet werden. Wenn man mehrere Schuhe bestellt, können diese in mehreren Sendungen kommen ABER ihr müsst die trotzdem in einem Packet zurücksenden. Also müsst ihr entweder ein neues Paket kaufen ODER von schuh.eu empfohlen, in eine große Mülltüte packen (kein Witz). Schuh.eu weigert sich nämlich mehrere Labels zu schicken. Außerdem wurde mir ein 1kg Label geschickt und die Schuhe wiegen viel mehr, weshalb es bei UPS zu Problemen kommt Kundenservice: aufgrund von Corona kann man niemanden telefonisch erreichen und nur über emails kommunizieren. Man bekommt aber schon schnell eine Antwort innerhalb eines Tages. Die 2 Sterne sind für die Qualität und Preis der Schuhe. Ich persönlich werde dort niemals mehr bestellen. Bezahle lieber bisschen mehr und habe aber einen sicheren Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung und Retoure. (Aktuelle: meine retoure ist wie oben beschrieben seit 2 Wochen bei UPS, wegen der Art der Verpackung und Label)

Jan 25,2021Ordered some converse a few days ago. They’ve arrived really quickly and I was text and emailed about delivery throughout so I knew when to expect them. Super happy with the service, price and the UPS driver was really nice too. Will shop again! Probably later today!!!!

Jan 24,2021During the pandemic the only way I can buy shoes for my daughter is online - I paid €5 for postage on an item costing €30 and need to return. This I would have done in the store but this is outside lockdown rules of travelling outside 5k and the shop is closed. I am now left to post them back but Schuh's policy is that I have to pay - went to the post office and its €6 to post it - never will I ever shop with Schuh again

Have a nice evening “ ‘it is what it is “ When you state you have made orders in the last year . “Because you have not registered your account , you will be charged to return your delivery!” It’s the choice of words and lack of understanding. Terrible . Said I wouldn’t use again . Started to get irritated 😠 (the advisor ) was like an online arguement . Terrible . I was one to say ‘ enough said , goodbye “ learn some personal / customer skills . Choice of words unprofessional ! You don’t argue with customers !

Jan 19,2021Awful service! I bought Timberland boots but one of the boots was so small I could even fit my foot. One was fine the other was like 2 sizes smaller even though both were marked as size 6. Same day I sent it back. Been told that it can't be exchanged and I will need to place another order. I thought fine there were few pairs so I will do that but when I tried they've put a price up - £35 pounds more. I rang to ask but was told there's nothing they can do. They also put a misleading description and lied. SHAME ON YOU SCHUH!

Jan 11,2021I ordered some boots before Christmas. Almost 4 weeks ago. The parcel was not delivered. This parcel Is now almost 3 weeks over due. They have an investigation with UPS to find said parcel. I have requested a refund (£130) as these were a Christmas present and now pointless. I no longer want them but they still have my money. UPS have told me the parcel Is missing. This is not my fault, and despite this Schuh Will not refund me my money yet. I have found the customer service very poor. I would not buy from them again. It is a lot Of money, if your parcel Goes missing beyond your control and you can’t get your money back. How long Will They hold onto My money? I have no idea!!!!

I had shoes in my basket and after going through the two-factor authentification on my card, they were out of stock and my basket was suddenly empty and I could not purchase the shoes. All other websites hold stuff in your baskets for a minimum of 10 minutes, and in the 2 minutes it took me to authenticate the payment, they were suddenly out of stock. Also, trying to create an account took so long, they didn't send the email for 10 minutes when it should be a totally automated system

Jan 04,2021Worst place to buy shoes from. Bought and paid for a pair of shoes before xmas. Was given a delivery date of the 31st. UPS cancelled the delivery on the day and chose to deliver 4 days later. Got them today and they are the wrong shoes. Called customer services who told me they can't arrange a replacement because its now out of stock. Can only give a refund. I asked if there were any other options and his reply was "take it or leave it" waste of time and money and threatening me with debt collectors if I don't return the incorrect shoes they sent me, because I said I would have to wait until im out of self isolation.

Jan 03,2021I ordered a white EA7 Armani Trainer, which to my surprise arrived quite quickly (2 working days), however upon opening the shoe box I quickly came to realise that one shoe was completely new, and had not been tampered with, however the other had clearly been tried on and worn by what I can only presume to be another customer. Not only did the shoe have creases in it, but the colour looked more so like 'off white' as opposed to the clean, purely white colour of the other shoe. I then rang the company, and spoke to a lovely woman who offered to send out a completely new pair with next day delivery at no extra charge. I received the new pair of shoes, and they looked fresh out of the warehouse and were evidently of a high quality. Despite the first incident with the worn shoe, I'd like to praise Schuh for their excellent customer service and the manner in which the situation was dealt with. Overall, if you're looking to get a quality brand name shoe at a competitive price, Schuh is probably the place to go to.

Dec 31,2020Giving them 1 star because they take so long to deliver. They used UPS as a courier and my package has been rescheduled for delivery because the driver could be bothered checking the postcode to find my house. They just said they can’t find it. I won’t be using schuh or ups ever again

I was kept up to date with emails from start to finish with my delivery. Was packaged really well. Affordable prices and the sales they had were really worth it. Would definitely recommend:)))

Dec 27,2020I did a purchase of £184, when checking my bank account another two transactions of £100 have been taken out of my bank, this was confirmed as debited by my bank and schuh colleague however they have dragged it out and disputing this has happened, I’ve given proof & schuh have confirmed the error but they have passed it onto a different colleague who is denying it. So over the Christmas period I am down extra money that they have fraudulently taken, a dozen email trails which are not going anywhere and no sympathy or meaningful apology, if they were sorry they would actually reply to emails in a timely manner and help refund my money instead of saying they can’t see the transaction... I’ve given them proof and they have confirmed but the magic fairy has made it disappear.... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Called and reserved a pair of ugh boots , I immediately got a text to say they are on hold . Got there and the boots were there waiting , very knowledgable of the stock couldn’t ask for anything else !

Dec 25,2020My wife and daughter were at the gateshead metro centre branch today . NEVER AGAIN. EXTREMELLY RUDE STAFF . Christmas eve while they were having a look in the shop 2 STAFF members decided to talk within hearing distance that my wife was dressed like a PROSTITUTE. Now my wife didnt say anything nor did my daughter who left the shop in an upset state . NOW LET ME POINT OUT A COUPLE OF THINGS TO THESE 2 STAFF MEMBERS 1 ) your quite lucky to have a job and your NOT working in some posh store . 2) my wife had a liver transplant 25 years ago and she is disabled . 3) she is a far better person than anyone of you . Brave and strong . Unlike people who like to judge who perhaps are not as bright and pathetic as you are . 4 ) I am considering contacting the papers and my solicitor about this matter . Hold your tongues next time you see customers in your pathetic little shop . I've had to calm her down when she got back home . Merry xmas . RUINED BY TOO PATHETIC LITTLE GIRLS BEING STAFF . GROW UP . SO ANGRY THAT CHRISTMAS HAS TO BE RUINED .

Dec 24,2020Made an order for two pairs of Converse Hi trainers (Blue & Green) both on sale almost 50% off yesterday afternoon & they were delivered today (Christmas Eve) at 09:00am & I opted for and ticked the free delivery service expecting them to arrive on or shortly after the 29th - so was mightily & pleasantly surprised to see them in my porch this morning at 09:00am - and both pairs look fab & fit like a glove - Very Pleased. Relatively new to Schuh - I think this is my 3rd order over the last 2 month's or so (previous two were also delivered following day & no issues with the chosen items in those two deliveries either) So will be making schuh the place I now search first on line when opting to buy a new pair of footwear. Keep up the great work - Credit where credit is due - I've experienced great service provided by you. Thanks Again.

Jan 27,2021Ordered a pair of Birkenstock’s 3 days ago and received today. Box is torn up and tattered all over, even the tissue inside is torn. Disgusted with this as they were a gift. Also received the wrong size. I am horrified with the state which they came, will not be purchasing from here again, don’t risk it. They weren’t cheap either and look like they’re second hand, absolutely disgusted.
