Oct 09,2023We originally made a telephone enquiry after a friend’s recommendation. Our original contact was with Dani. This was a bucket list cruise & stay, we didn’t book immediately but took a few days to ponder over their suggestions and our options. Once we had decided to book we telephoned and requested Dani,however, she was not working that day.therefore we completed our booking with Jo. We found both consultants to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They both made excellent suggestions to allow us to get the most from our dream holiday. We even ended up with an extra night at no extra cost, Jo being observant noticed the return flight was much cheaper a day later than our original return date that we could stay another night at no extra cost. - A Bonus for us, we were thrilled !! A couple of days after booking we emailed a request to change a part on the itinerary . They responded by return and contacted their agent on our behalf and made the amendment. We have now returned from our wonderful holiday and must say every detail went perfectly, we could not fault any aspect of our booking. Although we have cruised many times this is the first time we have used Scotland Cruise Centre but it certainly will not be the last. They offer excellent prices and they are knowledge, helpful and their attention to detail is first class. Thank you Scotland Cruise Centre 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stacey Dixon dealt with our booking from start to finish and any questions I had were answered promptly and efficiently. I contacted Stacey with no idea where we wanted to go, but had a few ports we wanted to avoid as we had been there before - done and dusted. Excellent!
