Sharon was amazing! She looked at different cruises for us and tried to find the best for our budget. She was very knowledgeable and managed to beat an online quote from another company. We will be seeking her out for any further adventures we have! Thank you Sharon 😊

This is the first time I have booked a cruise with The Scottish Cruise Centre and it will not be the last. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle O’Ryan who was friendly, informative and efficient! I needed her guidance and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service received by Kevin cook. Cruise price cheaper than major cruise company. I have now booked several cruises with this company. Scotland cruise centre would be my first port of call from now on.

Booked a cruise last year and had great service, and so decided to book with this company again to save the hassle of doing it ourselves. Unsure if its just our agent, or the company itself, but we have had really bad service... despite numerous calls to tell them they had spelt my name wrong (on flights and cruise), still not sorted and flying in less than 2 weeks. Very little info- flight details wrong, no idea of baggage allowances etc. Hoping that the company will get their act together and get this sorted, or I will be denied flight/cruise... Very disappointed and really stressed - will not use this company again. BRK-96465

The agent was really good and kept reminding through emails. The agent was also good in helping find deals. I felt the journey wasn’t well explained and for someone with a busy schedule the whole point of booking through agent is to have all I for given when asked but some of the things were referred to after sales or the cruise company which is really difficult. There’s a lot to read and sometimes hard to understand which information relates to you.

The service from the staff at Scotlands Cruise Centre was top class. We had a change of plans re our cabin 2 weeks before sailing and the service to help us get what we wanted was outstanding. This made all the difference to our total enjoyment of our cruise. All staff whom we spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful even when they had to wait for long times for the cruise company to answer their questions. We were always phoned back promptly and kept updated. We would definitely recommend this company and have already booked another cruise for next year with them.

Received a great service from Carol. We talked through what we were looking for and Carol came up with a quote. After some thought we decided to go for an upgraded option. This was done quickly and efficiently at a price that suited us. Service was very professional, helpful and friendly.
