I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from the girl who has dealt with my many enquiries and questions. She always came back to me quickly and her attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nicola Boyd, ur a star.

Jun 04,2023Naomi, the sales consultant was so knowledgeable and helpful and found the cruise I was looking for , at a great Price. I was a bit apprehensive using the cruise centre, as I usually book with the cruise lines direct. No hesitation in recommending the cruise centre. Definitely will be my first port of call if I want to book another cruise

May 19,2023We found the cruise we wanted and decided to contact a few companies to compare deals. Scotland's cruise centre were head and shoulders above the rest. Ally was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't even get a telephone number for one of the other companies. Just an online contact form. Imagine having an emergency and not being able to speak to someone. No hours on hold with SCC either. Calls answered immediately by real agents. Price was competitive anyway but the customer service is a huge factor for me so I would absolutely recommend booking with this company
