Aug 18,2023Initally renewal of insurance premium was awful - not customer focused or competitive. I wrote and said about this and then the customer service was very good. I was phoned and ask about my experience then given a slot that one of the senior advisors would phone me back. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was happy to take out my insurance again.
