Feb 02,2022I would highly recommend SEIB Insurance Brokers for equine insurance. From the first contact our charity had with them their customer service was professional and it was clear they understood our business needs. Whilst they made every effort to make sure we had the right insurance in place at no point was there any attempt to try and persuade us to buy add-ons and it was made clear the policy can adapt and grow as we do. Premiums are reasonable and having everything handled in-house is another positive.

Feb 02,2022Brilliant initially but then let themselves down once we had the policy in place with too many people involved who didn't seem to talk to each other. (Maybe it was the gift that keeps giving - Covid) The true test of course will be if I ever need to make a claim
