Feb 02,2022Having insured my previous horse lorry with SEIB I returned to them to insure my brand new horse lorry in 2017. I find the process simple, receving timely reminders close to the expiry date. A quick phone call updating any changes. Phone answered quickly and efficiently. A competive quote and whilst I have thankfully never had to claim I am sure the process again will be stress free.

Feb 02,2022Have always been good insurers to deal with and have never had any issues with claims being made against policy. A little more communications would improve service around acceptance of claims. Premiums also increase quite significantly each year but assume this would be across the market. Team always easy to reach and happy to help.

Feb 02,2022Very easy to deal with, they answer the phone and reply to emails, which in my opinion is vital. They also are competitive price wise and didn't mention COVID once!
