Oct 19,2023It was nothing to do with the person who answered the phone, it's company policy!! I cancelled 2 policies (and I was going to take out a 5th in a few weeks if I bought a new foal) that day and have only 2 left. The reason being, as I need investigations done on a mare which I was told on Monday you would only pay for IF it turns out she does have gastric ulcers, if she doesn't you won't pay!! Disgusting!! My vet recommended this!! I will be taking this further if it turns out I have to pay.
