Feb 11,2022Having had a bad 18 months or so with 2 horses I am immensely grateful for the cover I have with SEIS who have paid out the claims with no issues. Unfortunately communication regarding claims has been slow and quite poor at times with me left not knowing if claims had been received, accepted or paid without having to chase. Thankfully payments have eventually been received.

Feb 11,2022Reminder sent a month in advance then another reminder to make sure insurance was in place. Thankfully have not had to make a claim so can’t comment there. Very easy to renew on the telephone assistant very knowledgeable and efficient.
