Dec 15,2023If you have a mature horse please do not be a fool like myself insuring with this company. I paid for policy for 4 years and when my horse had to be put to sleep i was told i could not claim a penny not 1! The only cover is for accidental death so as he had colic not a bean nor for disposal! How many mature horses (he was 25) suffer accidental death? I may as well have put the money down the grid as this policy had zero cover. If paid the cover is only £150 so a premium of £245 is misselling at its finest in my opinion. I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can not to insure with them
