Rang the touchwood branch at 2 o'clock looking to sell my car quickly. Steve W answered my call and luckily there was a slot available. Steve's customer service is outstanding It was so quick and easy They offered me more than the previous known car buyers. I'd definitely recommend this company

Fantastic experience with Mark Williams today at the Redditch branch. So organised and such an easy process from start to finish. Nothing required from me apart from leaving my bank details 🙌 and a few signatures. Not a bad price too. Thank you 😊

In this day and age it is hard to find people who actually care about their job and the impact on clients. I work in an industry in which this is key and Steve was a pleasure to deal with. After speaking to various companies trying to sell my car, this was by far the easiest and personable service I have received! I just hope my old car goes to a loving owner! Thanks again Steve 10/10

My experience with SYC2J was such an easy one. Communication was quick and clear from the beginning and they also offered the best price! As I live 2 hours away from their nearest branch, they offered to collect from my work which made the whole process a lot easier! Stuart collected my car and was absolutely lovely. He is down to earth and just a genuinely nice person. I was a little apprehensive about the process as it seemed too easy but any questions I had Stuart answered straight away and where he was unable to, he called the branch to check. Thank you all for a great experience!

Was looking to sell a car on behalf of my mother who has decided to stop driving. From the first point of contact Steve W made the process very easy. As the car was located close to one of their sites he came out to look at the car, confirmed the offer they would make. Steve clearly explained everything to my mother and once the decision had been made to accept the offer the time it took to complete the paperwork was approx. 40/45 mins. The payment for the car was received immediately. Would use this service again if there was another car to sell.

I had a really excellent experience selling my car at the Sutton Coldfield branch today. Excellent customer service, reasonable price given and I have received the money on the same day as selling. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to sell their car.
