Dec 01,2024Disappointing experience, took 2 hours to drive to Solihull and meeting Sam in buyer office trying to reducing the offer by £900.and when I refused offer and I have gone home .found my V5 was left at the office under Sam's Keyboard with second car key on top off V5.he handed over back the key and Didn't give my V5 document. Never called me to mention the document. Had to drive back second trip to collect.
