Apr 18,2024When we thought it was impossible to get my wife a visa under EUSS, Seraphus proved us wrong! Front the outset they were compassionate, extremely professional and always on hand to answer our questions and concerns. Their advice was concise, easy to understand and they explained every step of the process, leaving nothing to chance. And most importantly they were ON OUR SIDE, which after suffering so long at the hands of UKVI and the Home Office, was a massive benefit. If you need immigration advice and advocacy you could not choose better than Seraphus! My wife now has pre-settled status under the EUSS scheme and its because we chose the best to represent us. Our sincere thanks go out to Christopher, Filip, Angela, Alex and everyone who helped us achieve what looked like the impossible. THANK YOU SERAPHUS!!!

Feb 07,2024approached Seraphus for legal representation for my application. Despite being a not-so-straightforward case with enormous amounts of evidence to sort through, Alex Young was thorough, meticulous, and efficient at every step. Going through immigration processes can be nerve-wracking, especially when it involves long wait times. However, I am glad that I approached Seraphus as I found myself feeling confident in the overall process given how much attention to detail was paid to the legal representation letter. Another person at Seraphus who went out of their way to assist with the case is Jane Taylor. She was extremely well informed about the legalities surrounding the case, and went to great lengths to break it down into simple terms for my understanding. I'd definitely recommend Seraphus

I use the half hour video link sessions where you can ask your questions and have them answered in a competent but friendly manner. The whole process is straightforward and informal. Basically the opposite of what it's like to deal with the home office!
