Apr 02,2021The solicitor was not helpful and didn’t provide any solution bluntly rejected all option. Despite the fact there are many alternative option she was like no not possible whatever you do your case will be rejected.

She was so unprejudiced and clear on every step of the way. I felt so held and supported, and my worries were gone after the first meeting. I interacted primarily with Anna Hawkes who provided me with a first-class service, at all times diligent, thorough and very pleasant. Anna expertly handled the intricacies of the application process and comprehensively guided me on the rare occasions that I had to deal directly with the Home Office (biometrics meeting and citizenship ceremony). She was always able to allay any concern I may have had about the minutiae of the application process, which at times can be somewhat baffling, in a quick and highly knowledgeable manner. My case was handled by Anna Hawkes, who was a pleasant surprise since the first email we exchanged: professional, yet very warm and understanding. Long story short, my application was approved within a much shorter time than expected. I would recommend Seraphus and Anna Hawkes to all those who need immigration advice.

Oct 31,2020My partner and I went for an application checking service with Seraphus Solicitors via Free Movement, and it was absolutely the right thing to do. We had done a lot of research whilst putting the application together, and thought it was in pretty good shape before being checked. Though after everything was uploaded, Christopher spotted an issue and gave not just one, but a few recommendations on how to fix it. He also suggested other ways in which the application could be enhanced. We felt he really understood our situation well, and gave feedback specific to our case. We found immigration law to be complex, and when combined with these uncertain times, it was reassuring to have Christopher on our side. From the first query before signing up for the service, to after the report card was produced, he was contactable to clarify any queries we had and it was really appreciated. I also like the use of a ticketing system to upload documents and send messages, so we could work on it at a time of day that suited us. We therefore highly recommended this service from Free Movement and Seraphus Solicitors and Christopher, if you want your application to be the best it can be.

Oct 30,2020I had a 30-minute video consultation with Chris about some fairly niche EU settlement questions and I’m really glad I did! He is very knowledgeable and thorough and went out of his way to make sure we considered all the nuances of my situation. In my experience when speaking to someone from a large immigration law firm things tend to be rushed and important details can be glossed over (quite scary in the immigration context!) and this consultation was definitely not like that, it was a very positive and reassuring experience. I did a bit of shopping around before booking and found their pricing to be reasonable as well. I would absolutely recommend this service to friends
