Feb 19,202512 Feb 2025, 18:47 GMT Iam pleading with you AVOID THIS COMPANY ( SEVEN ZONES SERVICES) LIKE A PLAGUE. They are scammers, after scamming me by selling me the wrong ticket (and making me pay for the luggage with Virgin airline . My original airline was with British Airlines they had the audacity yo ask me to pay their incompetence . I foolishly agreed to going halves with Albert who has been but ineffective and inefficient. Prior to my departure for My holiday he asked me to ring him and gr wad no where yo be found. I spent three hours trying resolve the payment with them so I could get onboard my flight back to the UK. I paid the full amount for luggage Nancy informed to just email then the receipts which I did there and there. Same thing upon my return from my holiday he asked ring me but he was once again available . I chased and cashed him for days on end 27,28,29,30 January to the 7th February On this date the 7th of February he said I must give hime up until Monday the 10th of February. He never had the decency to ring me nor answer my calls or Whattsapp messages. The 10th came and went not a word from him. Today the 12th of February I rang him this afternoon and he said he will speak to his accountant and he will het back to me with an hour that was 10 this morning still not a word rather they have been ignoring my calls since 16:39 What kind of manager are you who does not keep His word and make me chasing for my 65£? Is this scamming or daylight robbery or what? Is this money grabbling or what. Is this the kind of business you want to deal with? Parting with your hard earned money. Being treated with such disdain disregard and such disrespect. AT NO POINT DID I RECEIVE AN APOLOGY FROM ALBERT NOR NANCY WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OR THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR ALBERT TOLD ME HE IS TOO BUSY TO ATTEND TO MY CALLS FROM THE START OF MY HOLIDAY UNTIL UPON MY RETURN BACK IN THE UK THIS WAS BUT ONE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHICH LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH

FARI SMITH of seven zones has changed all that positively.She handled my case so personally and was up and beyond in ensuring I was completely satisfied.The industry truly needs more of this caliber of service providers, I will without a doubt be recommending her and her company wherever I can .I pray she is also given the merit she deserves for all she does.Fari you rock, thank you Etim Nseyen

Jan 28,2025This travel agent was used by a tour group who was part of making a trip of a lifetime a misery. Charges for 11 days and didn't receive plane tickets on time even though calls was made once this travel agent was discovered as being the provider they was rude and then sent tickets for a day after actual departure day. This meant a day was lost . The accommodations arranged was not actually booked and a charade of mini buses being sort after to take us to the designated hotel after more than 2 hours at Accra airport, arrives to take a array of people to hotels that was not the expected designation I have taken a lot of time to send this review as the deceitful tour group that was party to this whole message of a holiday made out that they was chasing compensation from this travel agent that did actually send me an offer of 50 pound off any future holiday booked with them. Who would really. Not reliable, not trustworthy and no obligation to satisfactory customer service or issues. Do not trust them or the good reviews on site. Must have reviewed themselves. This holiday was March 2024

He makes us feel confident he would solve the problem. He deserves pay rise. Satisfied customer here.

Don’t want to admit was their fault and mistakes.Give me information about itinerary, flight was from Gatwick on 19 December , we were there but no flight , after chat with them on WhatsApp they told me the flight moved to Heathrow. Was funny. Airline company informed everyone from September the flight was moved. I took a taxi on their recommendation to Heathrow but we can’t reach at time. Talked with airline company and find a flight after 3 days . After finish my holiday ask them about compensation and pass me for manager to the supervisor and back
