Jan 26,2025Ordered a beach umbrella on the 11th January. They sent the umbrella to the billing address rather than the delivery address. They responded straight away when I made them aware of the error and sent one to the correct address. The courier experience was less than ideal so Shade Australia refunded the shipping costs. Excellent umbrella and excellent service.
