Oct 14,2024UPDATED 10/15/24: A quilt was delivered today. I say "a" quilt because the quilt that was delivered was not the quilt I ordered. After all of the hassle to get my order even shipped, I really didn't think my experience could get worse. And yet, here we are. One star, Shineful, and if I could give zero stars, I would. I'm never ordering from this company again. I ordered a quilt more than a month ago (38 days and counting) and it has still not arrived. I was lied to twice about when it was shipped and spent a huge amount of time over several days going back and forth with them about the status of my order. Their own tracking system is useless. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is that they eventually gave me a full refund. This has been a horrible customer service experience.

Oct 13,2024Company was quick to respond to corrections in order and easy to work with. The set I ordered for Halloween fit the bed well but was a little dull in color. Expected it to be brighter but was of good quality.

Oct 09,2024I did not receive the correct blanket. The one I got is a different pattern and not one that I want. Edit: They have corrected the issue, though they didn't send a shipping label so I had to pay for shipping out of pocket, though they refunded me the cost thereof promptly.

Oct 06,2024Halloween quilt came in early… excited very silky feeling. Loved the shams that came with it. Disappointed because it is so thin. Feels like two thin pieces of material quilted together no stuffing. I live in a hot area so hopefully it will be warm enough for OCT.

Oct 03,2024Communication good and awesome quality prints to pick from, however when you have that, the metal and plastic are usually cheap quality. Had a feeling ice wouldn't last as long as the quality brands. The biggest concern is the plastic lids and straws have a bad plastic smell and taste which is worrisome to drink out of. I loved the style and convenience of the lids, however the cheap plastic smell is not good. Sure they come from China, like everything else unfortunately. I was going to order a fall and winter tumbler, but with the bad plastic odor and taste, I probably will not.
