Dec 09,2023Your systems was very easy to place an order. The product recieved was great, in fact it was beautiful. The only issue was it seem to take a long time to arrive. When checking the tracking it never seemed to be updated properly, however that could have been due to the USPS system.

Dec 07,2023They are ALL scratched on the shiny side! It took longer in shipping than it did to make them. For spending over $100 on these gifts was way out of line for they scratched product. I'm really disappointed!

Dec 09,2023I am not happy with the quality of the photo ornaments I bought. One side is nicely sealed in plastic and the other side feels like cheap paper that will peel. I was so looking forward to receiving these and now I am disappointed. I'm not a happy customer.
