Nov 26,2024I have been trying to get Shineful to respond to my inquiries about five ornaments I ordered months ago. They initially responded that they had sent me an email that my photo hadn't been received (which they had, but I had missed) so I asked them to expedite the order and paid $22 extra for the rush and shipping. I've asked five times for status but no response, though I keep getting their ads to my email address. I'm stressed as I need to ship these to five family members in remembrance of our summer family reunion. Original order placed September 28!

Nov 24,2024I’m not sure what this ornament is? One side of the acrylic is all white, like contact paper. And the other has like brown paper over it. Are these to be peeled back. I’m confused and not what I was expecting.

Nov 21,2024I placed an order on shineful and it came over a month later. I no longer needed the item. I waited so long for it that I almost forgot that I ordered it. Their website states they will give a refund less shipping charges within seven days of receipt. I was within the time frame and I was told that I was never promised a delivery date so therefore they would not give me a refund. This company is a scam And I wouldn’t order another thing from them again. Buyer beware I wouldn’t even give this company a one star rating.

Nov 20,2024Really my only complaint is that the items are radically overpriced. I should have read the description better - these are 2d acrylic but i didn't realize they were a picture laminated to a piece of acrylic. Very diappointed because i expected more for that price.
