Aug 19,2024The quilt set arrived pretty quickly. It was vacuum sealed so it didn’t take up much space. I noticed when I opened it that the colors did not seem as bold as the photographs at the time I purchased it. The fabric was still very stiff after washing and is not soft at all. The quilt set is not as expected. I am disappointed. Since I laundered it, I can’t return it. Perhaps I can resell or repurpose it. EDITED TO ADD: After seeing the response from the seller, I reached out about a refund. It was processed within hours of me emailing. Although the product was not as expected, the customer service experience as follow-up exceeded my expectations.

Aug 18,2024Took over a month to receive the quilt. I seemed super thin and stiff, not soft, and kind of scratchy. It also seemed faded and the colors were not near as intense advertised. I thought I would try running it through a gentle wash to soften it up. After washing it wasn’t any better. One of the pillow shams tore after the one wash too. What a sham. I would not have paid over $100 for this.

Aug 07,2024Received my cup Aug. 4th, 2024. It was very well packaged. The graphics & finish are very well done. It's the 'Pooh' one and it is just so cute! The lid fits well & does not leak. HOWEVER, the insulating properties are poor. I live in Calif. and summers are hot but not horrible. My ice melts within 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This is inside the house where ambient temperature is 80°. As soon as I pour something cold into my cup, the transfer of temperature is immediate to the outside of the cup. That's not good. I will not be purchasing anymore of these cups even though they are so cute!

I have been looking for a straw for it but have not found one. You are so good to me and are sending one to me. Thank you a hundred times over!

Aug 02,2024I need to return the two mugs I bought. I can't get anyone to answer a phone and the e-Mails do not help at all. I am looking for a return address to ship them back to. Wrong color and dissatisfied with the quality. I have no way to send you photos. I received blue handle when I ordered teal handle. like I said previously It does not have the quality I expected. Please advise me how to return for a full refund! Sorry you find it impossible to let me return items and deny me the refund that is warranted in this situation. you have made this harder than it has to be, why don't you resolve this like Amazon and others?
