Jun 28,2024When you order, your confirmation tells you that your order will be processed and shipped within a few days but when I did not receive my order and questioned you, you gave me a much longer time frame so you need to say that on your order confirmations .

Jun 27,2024I got my tumbler .it was packed good otherwise the usps of woodburn would of badly damaged it because they jammed it hard in my mail box.and I had a hard time pulling it out .and I keep telling them 3 times now if it does not fit in mailbox .put on my porch. I love the tumbler .

Jun 23,2024Never got my tumbler. They did refund me my money, however. But if you're not able to send people what they've ordered, why stay in business? Ordered kitty tumbler 5/8/24, they finally admitted I was never going to get it and gave me my money back on 6/14/24. Only after I insisted, by the way. Just FYI for other consumers.

Jun 20,2024I simply love my 30 oz shell tumbler. In fact I loved it so much, I ordered 4 more tumblers. I just wish you had some plain colors with no designs so that I could get some for my husband (who doesn't want flowers, shells, unicorns, etc.). What I would really like to get him is one for THIN BLUE LINE flag only. Nothing too busy. He is a retired police officer and he doesn't like anything too busy of a design on the tumbler. Just a thin blue line flag. Even though I love the tumbler, this shipping takes forever to get to me. I ordered on 22 May, it was shipped on 28 May and I received it 13 Jun. I was thankful though that the box was damaged but the tumbler seems to be fine. I take my tumbler with me to restaurants and I have gotten many positive comments about it. When anyone asks me where I got it, I give them your name.
