Horrible! Horrible quality horrible customer service product description misleading horrible shipping. Paid $250 plus shipping and tax. Sent pics per their request showing the item being less than! Even called them and no one answered and unable to leave a message. I requested a full refund and literally recieved no response or any effort to resolve dissatisfaction! Do not purchase from this company!!
This took a couple of weeks to receive and the shipping updates SUCK! However, the cup is stunning and is exactly as it was pictured. As a matter of fact, I ordered a leather bag with the same pattern today!

It’s too small. It’s not like the photo. The worst experience of my life
This has been a terrible experience! It took over 3 weeks to receive my tumblers order. When I did the packaging was extremely poor and inside the box was torn as well. One of the tumblers was missing its straws as well, I contacted the company who asked me to send them a picture of the torn box to prove there was a problem and then would get back to me. Two weeks and 3 emails later I STILL don’t have a response from them. Steer clear of this company!!
So unhappy!!! When I received my order, I opened the package and it was broken in several pieces due to poor packaging. I have emailed Their customer support several times in the last two weeks and have not had one response from them at Shineful.net. I would never buy from this company, ever, due to their poor customer service!
The cup came out awesome! It arrived quickly and very well packaged so it wouldn’t get harmed in shipping. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and she was thrilled with it.

Beware, NOT RELIABLE!! I ordered two purses and received one. Ater the second purse did not show up, I inquired about the second purse and was told someone was looking into it. Received an email saying I should receive the purse on March 25th. When it didn't arrive I inquired again and was told it should arrive by 9pm on March 29th. Still did not arrive so I sent an email letting them know I was going to report them and asked for a refund. I was told again someone would look into the issue. The purse was a gift that I wanted to deliver on Easter. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PURSE! Great disappointment!

BE AWARE! I spent $46.90 on an advertised cup for my daughter who is a nurse. The cup looks nothing like what was advertised. I sent pics and wanted to return the item. They told me to keep it and they’ll send me something else of my choosing. They are not responding to my emails and I will need to report it to my bank.

May 14,2024I do understand that we are at the mercy of UPS or USP! I did order my turtle tumbler for Mother's Day in April, my wife and her deceased Mom had a special thing about turtles. Unfortunately with the delivery it did not make it in time BUT Shineful did all they could to help me out and make sure we got it as soon as THEY could for us. That meant alot to my wife and Mother in Law ;) Great tumbler and great customer service!!!
