Having said that I have experienced some issues with my orders (1) Sometimes their frozen products are actually spoiled. this happened to me when I ordered tilapia and cow stripes. (2) They once messed up my order and would not accept a return/refund (3) In practice, their return policy is non-existent I still use their services but I avoid some items so that I am not disappointed
