Dec 14,2020They send me different item then I ordered. When I called them to check why this happen the person on phone didn’t speak English at all and Japanese language level was very pure. The way the guy spoke I felt like I need to tell him thank for sending me purchase.They asked my invoice number and told that will check and call later. But as you understood already nobody called me back. Also, they send me food which I bought in a box which they found I guess in supermarket(used box). This service you will get for 1,500 ¥ delivery fees. I do not like to receive food in a used trash box. Never will use this shop again even the quality of meat which I ordered was good.
