Sep 01,2024I paid July 26th Did the impressions the lower was accepted not the upper. They sent me a new kit. Did for impression with the smaller tray. Accepted great. Now looking for my veneers. Be patient

Aug 29,2024Total NIGHTMARE PROCESS. Billybob horse looking teeth. I purchased in 3/2024. It is 8/2024 Still No proper completed teeth yet. Got photos denied so many times and once finally approved they denied them after I sent in so many times. 4 m9nths later I got billy bob looking teeth. Look like horse teeth, nothing like the videos on YouTube. Repeating impressio s over and over and over again. I got approved on live impression call just to be told nope do it again. Constantly rebuking impression kit. You have to hold for hour to talk to anyone to get approved photos or wait a few days for a response.. 5 months later I am drained mentally. I am giving up because this is a nightmare process. No refunds after u get your teeth Refunds period will pass in a few weeks but you won't have your teeth by then only your i.mpressions. which is scandalous. They did that on purpose so u can't have a refund. It's too draining being upset over and over so I'm done. I lost my money for a whole set. Thos is prob the van for many people. They keep your money if u don't like the outcome. I don't have faith that they will come out right anyway after the horse teeth I recieved they look like a toy. Save your self this expensive headache scam

Aug 08,2024Ive always talked with my hands slightly over my mouth. But now there is a positive difference in my smile confidence now with the new set of veneers. It was a simple process, but I would recommend doing the video call when completing the impression kit.

Sep 04,2024I got my Veneers and can’t tell you how many friends will comment on my smile now! It is important to make the best impressions possible so it will make it a perfect fit! I had a little crack after the second week on my top veneer and by contacting customer support the issue was going to be resolved with sending a remake! Great customer support experience.
