Working with this company has been amazing. The rep I worked with (Hope) deserves a raise for going above and beyond by answering all of my questions and being super polite. Jan 24,2025Do not buy these cheap plastic teeth! I paid over $550 for cheap plastic. When you put them in they look big in your mouth and there very uncomfortable and don’t match with my gum line. I was OUT OF TOWN when they came in the mail and when I finally got home and tried them on I didn’t like them at all and it was past the 14 day warranty. I asked for a refund instead of them charging my $20 to redo the molds and they wouldn’t even give me a parcel refund…they gave me back $50 for writing 3 reviews that I’m not going back to delete so I can give my real experience. For some fake teeth that I paid over 500 dollars for you would think they would be able to afford some kind of parcel refund considering my situation…what a waste of money and time! -I have already gotten in contact with y’all about the matter and y’all didn’t want to do anything but give me a $25 refund and the $50 for doing the reviews….in which btw I only received the $50 refund so yall didn’t even hold up your end of the crappy bargain so not only is the product bad y’all ain’t true to y’all’s word!

Jan 22,2025When I heard about shiny smile veneers I thought it was to good to be true I never thought in my life that something so easy so affordable and so beautiful could happen to me without any problems or stress.. the whole process was EXCITING 🤗😁😄 and the confidence and the happiness shiny smiles gave me was amazing and heart warming. I struggled with my smile my whole life I got bullied and made fun of in school as a pre teen and teenager and I could never get a boy to date me like the other girls could. I wanted to be beautiful and without straight white beautiful teeth I could never feel pretty enough. Shiny smile changed my life and I can now look in the mirror again. Jan 20,2025If I could give less stars I would. Totally a scamming business. They do not care about you all they care about is getting your money. They only will give you a 14 day window for a return policy whether the product works for you or not. The entire process takes much longer than 14 days which means it is impossible to get any type of refund from them. Now let's get to the product itself- it completely destroyed my teeth even more. I tried them because I desperately wanted my smile back, and all I got in return was a much much worse situation. It caused pain in my gums and there are now chunks of more decay coming off my teeth from them being covered by this junk product. When I went to them with my concerns they did not care and they were very adamant about keeping my money. Please avoid them. You'll be without your teeth AND your money if you use them!

Jan 16,2025Shiny smiles is a amazing company their customer service team is absolutely incredible they are always available to answer and questions or concerns you have which is really reassuring.... I have hated my smile for years and after researching all the different companies available I decided to go with shiny smiles because their reviews were incredible so I decided to give them a try I received my impressions made them and within about 3-4 I received my veneers the first ones didn't quite for like I wanted them to so I reached out to shiny smiles customer service and they sent out another impression kit and remade them the second paid fits absolutely perfect and I love them never leave the house without them.... 10 out of 10 recommend this company to anyone looking for a affordable way to fix your smile.

Jan 29,2025Reply to ShinySmile They forcibly sent the 3rd set after I said multiple time NO I don’t want it please refund me. I have the email proof. Please don’t act like it was a goodwill gesture. It was the one reps way of telling me to go to hell and he refused to refund me Even after admitting they were made wrong and likely needed a MOLD done again to be made right like PLEASE stop lying. Now I opened a dispute which they refuse to answer “claiming they can’t” but they don’t comprehend it’s not via ONLINE IT WAS A PHYSICAL LETTER SENT. This is there way of trying to just say screw me again and wait MONTHs for the dispute to end. But it’s fine. I will NEVER make the same mistake lol absolutely terrible and clueless company, also the billing dept is very nasty and rude. I have email proof of that ALSO! UPDATE 1/28/25 Please beware. The billing department is clued. They keep sending emails and having someone call me assuring me my dispute is handled and I’ll be refunded but they are so clueless on how to even handle a dispute. All they have done is ignore the dispute. They think because visa removed the funds from them that it’s over but realistically it’s just in stage 2 because they refuse to answer them and seem to have no idea how to. They want the merchandise back which is fine but I am starting to get so much more frustrated getting these emails that are insuring me they are handling it and telling me what’s going on when I know they are bold face lying. They think because the funds have been moved from there account I just automatically get them and they do not understand anything about how the timeframes or anything works. Really really frustrating!!!!!! They keep ensuring and ensuring but realistically there lack of comprehension is just dragging this on longer and longer? They agree to my being refunded but refuse to just respond to the dispute which is a major holdup… ugh Latest update ** As of 1/21/25 they stated they are unable to respond to my dispute but they deal with a third let provider who deemed that they lost and they will refund me. I have yet to see a refund and will update if it ever comes from a third party or if they let the whole dispute proves run out (60-90 more days) ** UPDATE *** pretty sure this is a scam* Got first pair totally see thru so they remade and sent a second pair that didn’t fit so I requested a refund which they refused. They just kept saying they’re sending another bc the second one was also made wrong. I filed 2 complaints w BBB and a dispute with my card since the merchandise was made wrong and I have proof of them admitting it in email, but they WILL NOT even respond to the dispute (at least at this point 45 days later) they are unresponsive to anything and they also give people an incentive to post these reviews RIGHT after they place there order for a discount, so I wanted to make sure I came back and warned you all. Check BBB and do not fall for the scam!!!! Original post : SO far so GREAT!! I placed my order and got the kit 3 days later, sent them back and they arrived yesterday and my impressions were accepted today!!! So far the process has been so easy and customer service is great. Will update upon arrival !!!
