I went with them mostly because of the warranty, but found out they also have the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I have a friend who also purchased from her after she saw mine! My veneers are beautiful and so are hers. I have read many reviews before buying and I will say 90% were positive and useful. I hope mine is help to someone. Put your trust in ShinySmile, you won't regret it!

Nov 13,2024From my initial order this company has been amazing as far as communication, initiating and responding swiftly and concisely. My impression kit arrived in a a very timely manner, and my finished product arrived half a week early. Very amazing product, no complaints whatsoever, the only feedback I have is that if the lines between the four front teeth could be made a bit darker I think it would make the veneers look more realistic than they already do. Thanks a ton!

They really take time to care about their customers, from the impressions, they have videos, and live video chat to help through the process, to getting to check the status of your order. Now I have a great smile, without having to go to the dentist. I went from low self esteem and not smiling, because of broken or missing teeth, to confident again with my brand new smile!

Nov 04,2024The service crew of Shiny Smiles were friendly and informative. My veneers came in a timely fashion and fit well. I am overall pleased with both the product and service. My only suggestion, if it is possible, would be to fill in the veneers covering missing teeth to avoid them from filling with saliva.
